What negative ions are (and why clinics care)

Quick start (clinic version)

Room prep
• Place the unit ≥10 ft from ground-level metal fixtures; use a non-metal chair.
• Plug into a UPS surge protector for clean, reliable power.

Assembly snapshot
• Attach arm to base with the included screwdriver (avoid over-torque).
• Connect cables: arm ⇄ base, seat mat, up/down remote.
• Power: base switch ON → arm switch ON → handheld remote to start/stop.

Session setup
• Position head ~4–6 inches above the crown (too high = weaker field; too low = uncomfortable).
• Typical session 20–30 minutes; many schedule 1–2 sessions/day per client, spaced 2–3 hours.
• Expect soft static pops and a faint ozone-like scent—normal during operation.

Safety & etiquette
• AO Rain is high-voltage/low-current; do not touch the head unit while on.
• Avoid direct contact between someone in-session and someone outside the field (to prevent static zaps).
• Do not run AO Rain simultaneously with AO Mat or Foot Detox.

Session ideas your clients will love
