(Includes shower head and support arm as one piece)

• Remote Control (small, white, single button)
• Cable Clip (pre-attached)
• Remote Holder (with adhesive backing and wall mounting screw holes)
• Grounding Seat Mat with attached Cable
• Up/Down Remote (for shower arm and tower height adjustment)
• 10 Screws to fasten shower arm and base unit
(2 of the 8 are extra screws for the remote plastic holder.
These may only need to be used if you would like to mount the remote
holder to the wall.

Included Phillips screwdriver (for attaching the shower arm and base)
Optional: A second person for assistance
IMPORTANT: If you use a power drill, be VERY careful not to over tighten the
screws. It is recommended to use the handheld screwdriver which is included.

STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY
1. UNBOX AND PREPARE
• Remove both main components from the box:
The shower arm unit (Includes shower head and support arm
as one piece)
• The base unit (with wheels)
• If assembling alone: Stand the product box upright and use it
as a support platform during setup.
2. CONNECT BASE POWER
• Plug the main power cord into the base unit.
• Turn base unit POWER switch ON.
3. RAISE THE PEDESTAL HEIGHT (if working alone)
• Plug in the Up/Down remote cable.
• Use the remote to raise the pedestal to a height where the
shower arm can rest on the box.
• This makes it easier to attach the arm without needing a
second person.
4. ATTACH THE SHOWER ARM
• Locate the cable clip on the shower arm.
Clip together the cables that come from the arm.
Feed the cables through the cable canal on the base.
• Carefully rest the shower arm on the upright box, or have someone
help hold the shower arm in place.
• Align the screw holes between the shower arm and the base.
• Use a screwdriver to secure the arm using the screws provided.

CONNECT ALL CABLES
• Connect the following:
Power cable from the arm to the base
Seat mat cable
Up/Down remote cable if not already connected
6. POWER ON AO RAIN
• Locate the power switch at the bottom of the base and toggle the
power button to ON position.
• Turn ON the green switch located on the shower arm.
7. USE THE WIRELESS REMOTE
• Use the small remote to turn the unit ON and OFF.
• The remote has a single button for simple control.
8. MOUNT THE REMOTE HOLDER (Optional)
• Find the remote holder with an adhesive backing.
Option 1: Peel off the adhesive cover and stick the holder
to the back of the AO Rain.
Option 2: Use the screw holes to mount it to a wall, post, or
other surface.
NOTE: The holder is ideal for storing the Up/Down remote, but it can
also hold the power remote.

HOW TO USE
1. CONNECT AO RAIN
Connect AO Rain to a wall outlet for power.
2. CONNECT MAT
• Locate the cord for the mat and securely insert it into the designated
port on the back of the AO Rain base. Use the specific port for the mat.
• Place the mat on the chair where you will be seated.
3. ADJUST THE HEAD UNIT
• Position the head unit 4 to 6 inches above the highest part
of your head.
• Avoid setting it too high, as this can reduce intensity, or too low,
which may be uncomfortable.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OPTIMAL BENEFITS
Drink 12-16 ounces of water with electrolytes (AO Youth works) prior to
your session to enhance the effects of the negative ions.
Prior to turning on AO Rain, be cautious of any metals or wallets with
cards on you, as they may disrupt the magnetic field.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Avoid touching the head unit while it is on, as it generates
significant static.
• Avoid touching other people outside of Rain during your session.

SESSION DURATION
The recommended duration is 20-30 minutes per session. This is enough time
for your body’s mitochondria to be fully charged. Depending on the individual’s
condition, using AO Rain once and up to twice daily, with 2-3 hours in between
sessions is recommended for best results.
VERSATILE USES
FULL BODY SESSIONS
The most common use is simply to sit beneath the device while you relax. This
allows the flow of negative ions to target your entire body.
FOOT RELIEF
For those with neuropathy or discomfort in their legs and feet, place the AO Rain
mat on the floor and rest your bare feet on it or with socks (do not use shoes).
This setup allows the negative ions to penetrate your legs and feet, providing
soothing relief.
FACIAL TREATMENT
Lay down on your bed and position the AO Rain head unit just a few inches
above your face. This promotes collagen production and slows down the aging
process, making it especially beneficial after facial treatment.
TARGETED RELIEF
Use the device while lying on a bed or massage table. Adjust the head unit to
focus on specific areas (such as your back, legs, or shoulders) maximizing the
soothing effects of negative ions where you need it most.

USAGE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
Follow the Usage and Safety Guidelines to ensure that the AO Rain System
operates at its best while maintaining safety and comfort for all users.
IMPORTANT: Plug AO Rain into a UPS Surge Protector
Always connect the device to a UPS Surge Protector to protect the AO Rain
System from power surges and ensure consistent operation. (This step is critical
for safeguarding both the device and the electrical system).
IMPORTANT: Static Electricity Generation
AO Rain is a high-voltage, low-current device that holds and generates static
electricity. Follow proper usage and installation guidelines for best results and
experience.
INSTALLATION AND PLACEMENT
Install AO Rain in an area at least 10 feet away from any metal furniture or
fixtures at ground level.

OPERATION SETUP
Do not use a metal seat when using AO Rain. Use a non-metallic or non-electric
power chair to minimize the risk of static buildup.
Position the head of AO Rain at the correct height based on the user’s
preference and the setup guidelines. This is crucial for both functionality

REGULAR OPERATION AND SENSORY EXPERIENCES
During regular operation, it is common to hear the sound of static discharges
and to detect a light ozone-like odor. These are expected phenomena and
indicate the system is functioning correctly.
STATIC DISCHARGE AND PRECAUTIONS
Physical contact between an individual seated under the AO Rain System and
someone not in it may result in a static shock.

GENERAL SAFETY AND USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

AO RAIN AND OTHER DEVICES
DO NOT use AO Rain and AO Mat simultaneously.
DO NOT use AO Rain and Foot Detox simultaneously.
IMPORTANT: Combining these instruments simultaneously will be too intensive
for the body to process at once.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT touch the head unit while it’s on due to the high levels
of static being produced.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
There are no contraindications. Please consult with your practitioner if you have
any implant or device. AO Rain has been safely used by individuals with
pacemakers, internal insulin pumps, and internal defibrillators. AO RAIN is
suitable for all ages, from infants to elderly individuals, and even pets.
