Thankfulness as a Healing Frequency with AO Scan
First, let’s set the record straight. We are not claiming that the AO Scan is a healing device. (It is classified as an educational tool.) What we are saying is that a grateful body heals much better. So, if the AO Scan makes you more apt to be thankful or grateful, then you can do the math.
“Thankfulness is a healing frequency. Only you can choose to tune your body to it. As a universal broadcaster and receiver, you decide what you beam into your field. No matter your circumstances, you still have the power to choose gratitude over grievance, to focus on what God is giving you rather than only on what seems to have been taken away. Every time you deliberately choose thankfulness, you send a clear signal through your whole being: rest, renew, repair.” Paige Maurer Wheeler
When you really sit with that, it is wild how hard it can be to stay there.
Most of us are not “broken” because gratitude feels like work. The human brain is wired to scan for danger first, then sort out the rest. That kept our ancestors alive, but in modern life it often keeps us looping on what is wrong instead of what is being given. Even when life is objectively good, our attention can slide back to problems, slights, and what has not happened yet.
That is why thankfulness has to become a deliberate practice, not just a mood we hope shows up.
You can choose, on purpose, to look for at least one point of thankfulness in every person, every situation, every memory—even the hard ones. Ask yourself, gently, “What, in this, can I be thankful for?” Maybe it is the lesson you only understood years later. Maybe it is the strength you gained, the compassion it grew in you, or simply the fact that you survived it and are here reading this today.
Each time you do that, you are not just “thinking positive.” You are quietly retraining your nervous system to recognize safety instead of only threat.
What the science says about gratitude and the body
This is not just poetic language. There is real science behind gratitude practices.
Randomized trials and systematic reviews have found that simple gratitude exercises—like daily journaling, “three good things,” or appreciation letters—can improve mental health, lowering anxiety and depressive symptoms and increasing overall positive mood compared to people who do not practice gratitude. Other research has linked gratitude practices to better sleep quality and, in some cases, lower blood pressure and improved heart rate variability, a key marker of how resilient and adaptable the heart and nervous system are. PMC+1 In patients with cardiovascular challenges, an eight-week gratitude journal has been associated with shifts in inflammatory biomarkers and heart-rate variability—subtle signs that the body is moving toward a calmer, more coherent pattern rather than living in constant “fight or flight.” PubMed+1
Newer work shows that writing a simple letter of appreciation before a stressful event can help the heart recover more efficiently afterward, as measured by changes in heart rate variability. PsyPost – Psychology News+1
Science is still catching up and not every study finds a dramatic physical effect, but the overall pattern is clear: when you shift into genuine gratitude, your body listens. Critical Debates+1
Your chemistry changes. Your heart and nervous system move toward coherence instead of chaos. You broadcast a different signal through your own cells and into the space around you.
Gratitude as a frequency choice
From a frequency perspective, thankfulness is one of the clearest “I am safe” signals you can send through your body field.
When you are looping on resentment, fear, or grievance, your system stays braced. Muscles tighten, breath gets shallow, digestion slows, sleep becomes more fragile. When you lean into gratitude—not pretending everything is perfect, but honestly naming what is still good, still given—your shoulders drop a little. Your exhale gets longer. Your brain and heart receive the message that it is okay to repair.
You do not have to be grateful for what happened to you. You can be grateful for what you became, for what you learned, for who stood with you in it. That nuance matters.
How AO Scan can support a gratitude practice
Before getting started on this section, check out how easily it is to find the frequency of Gratitude on your AO Scan!
If you are an AO Scan user like I am, you can support that choice on the energetic side as well.
Inside the SEFI (Subtle Energy Frequency Imprinter) library, there is a “Gratitude” frequency. I like to think of it as a gentle reminder that aligns with the state I am choosing through my thoughts and words.
Here are a few simple ways to blend gratitude work with AO Scan:
-
Before journaling
Run an Inner-Voice scan, listen to your balancing tones, then write down three specific things you are thankful for from the last 24 hours. (tones can be listened to with or without the use of the bone-conduction headset) -
While broadcasting SEFI
Turn on the “Gratitude” frequency and, as it broadcasts, bring to mind one person or situation you are grateful for. Let yourself feel it in your chest, not just think it in your head. -
MindSync and affirmations
Use a short MindSync session with gratitude-based affirmations, especially if your nervous system tends to default to hypervigilance or worry. Task ChatGPT to create a 120-second Gratitude affirmation for you, or write your own. -
Water and imprinting
Imprint your drinking water with the SEFI Gratitude frequency and drink it while you write your gratitude list or say a simple thank-you prayer.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is a pattern. You are teaching your body field, over and over, “This is the state we live in now.”
Let gratitude touch everything
So do not rob yourself of being thankful.
Let gratitude touch your past, your present, the people who hurt you, the people who love you, the ordinary things on your table today. Let it touch the opportunities in front of you and even the paths that closed, because they steered you somewhere safer or more aligned.
It is one of the simplest, most powerful, and most beautiful gifts you can give your own body—and everyone who lives inside your field.
