  • Your Details: Your date of birth, sex, height, weight, and your job/role.
  • Media for the Demo: A photo of your face (which you upload or take) and a 10-second voice recording (or audio file upload). These are required to generate your demo scan.
  • Demo Notes: Any comments or messages you write about where or how you plan to use the scan in the submission filed.
  • App Basics: Simple details about the device you use and how you use the app to help us keep it secure and working properly. This will also help us help determine how we will continue to develop the app to help as many people globally with their AO Scan use.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information to:

  • Set up your account and verify you are at least 18 years old.
  • Process your free AO Scan demo and send you the results.
  • Send you updates, emails, or text messages about the AO Scan, Solex products and AO Scan demo and results.
  • Make sure people only request one free demo per person (checking against duplicate emails/phone numbers).
  • Help you through our live chat or WhatsApp when you need support.

How We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.
We only share your information with trusted services that help us run our app and send your results, such as:

  • Database & File Storage: To safely store your profile, photo, and voice recording.
  • Email & Message Delivery: To email or text you your demo results.
  • Customer Support Chat: To power the live chat button in the app.

How to Delete Your Account & Data?

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time directly in the app.
How to delete your account:

  1. Open the App and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page (the footer).
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.
  • What happens when you delete your account.
  • Your profile (name, email, details) is permanently deleted.
  • All your demo request information and results history are permanently deleted.
  • Your uploaded photo and voice recording are completely removed.
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important Rules & Disclaimers

  • Age Limit: You must be 18 or older to request a demo. The app will not allow submissions from anyone under 18.
  • Not a Medical Device: The AO Scan is an educational tool. It is not a medical device and is not used to diagnose, treat, or cure any sickness.
  • Independence: AO Scan Global is an independent partner and reseller (Quantum Living Advocate). We are not Solex Global.
  • Links to Other Sites: Our app contains links to external websites (like training resources, purchase pages, or training portals). Once you leave our app, their privacy rules apply.
