AO Scan Records is a structured wellness session journal inside the Companion App.
It helps individual users and practitioners organize four important parts of an AO Scan session.

3. Energetic Expression Patterns Noted
Document patterns observed while reviewing one or more AO Scan reports.
Organized categories may include:

AO Scan Records was designed to minimize unnecessary identifying information inside the session record. Instead of entering a client’s name, the user can organize the record under an anonymous client code known to the person maintaining it.

A completed record may be retained for personal reference or shared with the person who received the scan.
