Peptides are suddenly everywhere.
Weight management. Longevity. Skin. Recovery. Metabolism. Sleep. Cognitive performance. Biohacking.
But if you use AO Scan, the peptide conversation just became much bigger—and much more interesting.
Solex recently expanded the AO Scan ecosystem with 58 peptide-frequency representations inside its frequency library while also introducing a separate collection of physical topical AO Peptide products. Those are two very different things, and understanding that distinction is one of the most important places to begin. The AO Peptide Reference Manual specifically explains that AO frequency entries are digital or frequency representations used for broadcasting or imprinting; they do not deliver a physical peptide molecule. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
And that raises an obvious question:
With 58 peptide frequencies available, how in the world do you know where to start?
That is exactly why this article exists.
Inspired by Dr. Darryl Roberts and the Quantum Wellness Portal
This deep dive was inspired by the remarkable educational work of Dr. Darryl Roberts, ND, creator of the Quantum Wellness Portal, and his recent AO Peptides Master Class.
Dr. Darryl has created an extensive AO Peptide Reference Manual designed not simply to list peptides, but to help AO Scan users think about them in relationship to broader patterns seen through Vitals, Comprehensive and other areas of the AO Scan ecosystem.
His core philosophy is refreshingly simple:
You do not need to memorize 58 peptides. You need a framework for deciding which peptide deserves your attention. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Dr. Darryl also makes an important distinction: his peptide class represents his educational approach and personal professional framework rather than an official Solex class. Pasted text
That distinction matters to us at AO Scan Global, too.
Solex Global develops and supports the underlying AO Scan technology and product ecosystem. AO Scan Global adds education, practical implementation, community and ongoing exploration around that technology.
It is one of the reasons we love bringing forward great educators like Dr. Darryl.
Want to Explore AO Scan Yourself?
If you do not yet have AO Scan and want access to the technology, including its continually expanding frequency ecosystem, you can explore the AO Scan Subscription here.
Once you are inside the AO Scan world, there is an enormous amount to learn—and resources such as Dr. Darryl’s Quantum Wellness Portal can help users go considerably deeper into the technology.
The Quantum Wellness Portal also offers educational resources independently of Solex, and Dr. Darryl welcomed both members and nonmembers during his peptide training. Pasted text
What Exactly Is a Peptide?
At its simplest, a peptide is a short chain of amino acids that can act as a biological signal.
Dr. Darryl’s manual describes peptides as messages: some participate in brain and endocrine signaling, while others interact with receptors associated with tissues such as the gut, immune system, skin, blood vessels or muscle. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
That is a far more useful starting point than asking:
“Which peptide is popular right now?”
The better question is:
“What am I actually trying to explore or support?”
That shift—from chasing the peptide name everybody is talking about to looking at the person, goal and broader pattern—is the heart of Dr. Darryl’s approach.
AO Peptide Frequencies and Physical AO Peptides Are Not the Same Thing
This is the distinction I want every AO Scan user to understand.
AO Peptide Frequencies
The AO Scan frequency library includes peptide-related frequency representations that may be selected for broadcasting or imprinting within the AO ecosystem.
A frequency entry is information—not the biochemical substance itself. Dr. Darryl’s manual states this clearly: the scanner’s frequency representation does not deliver the actual peptide molecule. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Physical AO Peptides
Solex has also introduced physical AO Peptide products intended for topical application.
These are actual physical products and should not be confused with the frequency representations found inside AO Scan.
For people interested in exploring the physical collection, the AO Peptides Starter Kit is available here.
The reference manual identifies physical AO products including GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, TB-500, the GLOW Blend, NAD+, Epithalon, Thymosin Alpha-1 and MOTS-c, among the collection it discusses. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Important: physical AO Peptides and AO peptide frequencies are complementary concepts within the broader ecosystem, but one should never be described as though it is chemically or pharmacologically equivalent to the other.
The Real Breakthrough: Don’t Start With the Peptide
Here is where Dr. Darryl’s teaching becomes especially valuable.
Instead of opening a list of 58 peptides and asking:
“Which one should I use?”
his framework essentially asks you to move backward.
Start with the person.
Start with the goal.
Start with the pattern.
Then narrow.
His manual organizes the process around a practical pathway:
Start with the person → identify the broad functional category → review Vitals patterns → review Comprehensive patterns → select the peptide → Scan & Optimize related areas → add relevant companion frequencies. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
That is a very different way of approaching peptide education.
And for AO Scan users, I think it is the part that can change the entire conversation.
Dr. Darryl’s Seven Functional Categories
Before jumping into individual peptide names, his manual organizes wellness patterns into seven larger functional areas:
- Natural Detox & Immune Defenses
- Food Sensitivities & Digestive Rest
- Structural & Organ Vitality
- Cellular Nutrition & Minerals
- Digestive Comfort & Blood Sugar Balance
- Stress Resilience & Restful Sleep
- Heart Health & Healthy Circulation
These become an initial sorting system—a way of asking “where does this pattern belong?” before drilling into a particular peptide. A peptide may fit into more than one category. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
And this is where AO Scan Vitals and Comprehensive become much more interesting.
Yes — and 2B should continue directly after “The Seven Functional Categories” in Part 2A. I’m keeping this commercial, but the teaching remains the reason to stay on the page.
Why Dr. Darryl Looks at Patterns Instead of Chasing Individual Markers
This may be one of my favorite concepts from Dr. Darryl’s teaching.
When people first begin using AO Scan, it is very easy to become fascinated by individual markers.
One marker appears today.
A different one appears tomorrow.
Another one appears next week.
And suddenly we are Googling each individual item and trying to figure out what every single marker means.
Dr. Darryl suggests another way of looking at the information.
Look at the category. Look for the repeating pattern.
His reference manual explains that if a Vitals subcategory repeatedly comes online—or several markers within that same subcategory appear stressed—the broader subcategory may be more useful to explore than obsessing over one individual marker. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Think about that for a moment.
If different markers keep appearing within the same broader area, the names may change while the pattern remains.
That is a much more practical way to use educational information.
It is also one of the reasons I always remind AO Scan users:
AO Scan is not a diagnosis. It is information.
We are looking for patterns.
We are asking better questions.
We are observing what repeats.
We are using the information to become more curious and more involved in our own wellness journeys.
And now, with peptide frequencies inside the AO Scan ecosystem, that philosophy becomes even more important.
How the 5-Step AO Peptide Framework Works
Dr. Darryl’s framework gives users a logical way to move from a broad concern toward a more focused area of exploration.
Step 1: Start With the Person
Before opening SEFI and searching for a peptide, begin with the most basic question:
What are you actually trying to explore?
Recovery?
Skin?
Sleep?
Stress?
Digestion?
Metabolism?
Energy?
Healthy aging?
Focus?
The concern and the person come first—not the peptide that happens to be trending online.
Step 2: Find the Broader Functional Pattern
Next, look at which of the seven functional categories seems most relevant.
For example, a person interested in recovery may naturally begin exploring Structural & Organ Vitality, while someone focused on sleep and nervous-system balance may spend more time in Stress Resilience & Restful Sleep.
The purpose is to narrow the field before trying to evaluate dozens of peptide names.
Step 3: Look at Vitals and Comprehensive
This is where AO Scan becomes especially useful as an educational tool.
Dr. Darryl’s manual connects individual peptide entries to relevant Vitals subcategories and Comprehensive category/subcategory areas, allowing an AO Scan user to compare the larger wellness goal with patterns appearing in the scan. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Again, these mappings are decision-support prompts rather than diagnostic criteria. That distinction appears throughout the manual. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Step 4: Choose a Peptide to Explore
Only after considering the person, goal and broader scan pattern do we arrive at the peptide.
That may mean exploring one frequency first.
It may mean comparing several related peptide entries.
It may mean discovering that a different pathway deserves attention before peptides enter the conversation at all.
This is precisely why having 58 possibilities does not need to feel overwhelming.
The goal is not 58 things at once.
The goal is finding a logical starting point.
Step 5: Scan, Optimize and Build Around the Pattern
Dr. Darryl’s approach then uses relevant Scan & Optimize areas and companion frequencies from SEFI and, for members using those resources, the Quantum Wellness Portal. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
It becomes less:
“Send this peptide because somebody online said it is amazing.”
And more:
“What pattern am I seeing, what am I trying to support, and what combination of educational tools makes sense to explore?”
Now that is an AO Scan conversation.
What Do Individual AO Peptide Frequencies Look Like in Practice?
There are far too many peptide entries to turn this article into a 58-peptide encyclopedia—and that is exactly why Dr. Darryl created an entire reference manual.
But a few examples make the system much easier to understand.
BPC-157: A Repair-Oriented Example
In Dr. Darryl’s framework, BPC-157 is grouped around themes such as digestive lining wellness, tissue repair, tendons, ligaments, muscle and inflammatory balance.
The manual then connects those themes with areas such as Gastrointestinal Functions, Digestive Function, Inflammation/Oxidation, Bone and Muscle Condition and relevant Comprehensive digestive and muscle areas. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Notice the logic.
You are not simply choosing BPC-157 because you have heard the name.
You are asking whether the goal + person + recurring AO Scan pattern points you toward a repair-oriented category.
BPC-157 is also one of the peptides represented in both the physical AO collection and the frequency library. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
GHK-Cu: Skin, Hair and Collagen Themes
GHK-Cu creates another easy-to-understand example.
Dr. Darryl’s manual associates this peptide with skin vitality, hair vitality, collagen integrity, tissue repair and healthy-aging appearance. The suggested AO areas include the Skin Index, Collagen Index, Microminerals and related skin, cellular and connective-tissue references in Comprehensive. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Again, the value is not the peptide name alone.
The value is understanding the relationship between the wellness goal and the larger pattern.
MOTS-c: Energy, Mitochondria and Metabolic Themes
For MOTS-c, the manual shifts toward mitochondrial function, cellular energy, stamina and metabolic themes. It connects those ideas with areas including nutritional/coenzyme patterns, metabolic and glucose-related categories and Comprehensive references such as mitochondria and human cell. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Three very different peptides.
Three very different starting conversations.
And we have only touched three of the 58.
That is exactly why this is so fascinating.
Frequency Only vs. Physical + Frequency
As you explore Dr. Darryl’s manual, you will notice an important designation.
Some peptide entries are marked Frequency Only.
Others are marked Physical + Frequency.
That means a corresponding physical AO product exists for some of the peptide names represented in the frequency library, while other entries currently exist in the scanner as frequency representations only. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
That distinction is crucial.
A peptide frequency is not a physical peptide.
A physical topical peptide is not simply a frequency.
And neither should be represented as a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribed medication.
At AO Scan Global, we can be excited about both without confusing what they are.
What Is in the Physical AO Peptides Collection?
The physical collection discussed in Dr. Darryl’s manual includes GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, TB-500, the GLOW Blend, NAD+, Epithalon, Thymosin Alpha-1, MOTS-c and Melanotan II. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
The GLOW Blend combines BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500 in the physical product, while those components appear individually within the scanner reference. The manual positions the blend around skin, collagen, repair, hair and healthy-aging themes. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
If you want to explore the physical collection, you can view the AO Peptides Starter Kit here.
And one point needs to remain crystal clear:
The physical AO Peptides discussed here are prepared for topical application.
Dr. Darryl’s manual says the powders are reconstituted with the supplied bacteriostatic water for topical application and gives handling guidance including refrigeration after preparation, clean droppers and patch testing before initial use. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
Always follow the current official instructions included with the product.
AO Patch May Be One of the Most Interesting Connections
This is where two Day of Discovery launches begin talking to each other.
The AO Patch was designed with a small reservoir that can keep a compatible topical product in place against the skin.
Dr. Darryl’s manual describes using a few drops of compatible topical products such as peptide serum or oils in that reservoir. It also discusses pairing a topical workflow with relevant AO Scanner or Quantum Wellness Portal frequencies when appropriate. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
That creates an interesting distinction.
You may have:
the physical topical product
and separately,
the informational frequency representation inside AO Scan.
The patch becomes one potential way of incorporating topical use into the broader AO ecosystem without pretending that frequency and physical substance are identical.
I love that distinction because it is exactly where good education matters.
You Do Not Need the Physical Peptides to Explore Peptide Frequencies
This is another important question because people may assume that seeing AO Peptides inside SEFI means they need to purchase the Starter Kit.
They do not.
The frequency library and the physical products are separate.
An AO Scan subscriber can explore the available peptide-frequency representations within the technology without owning the physical peptide products.
Conversely, someone purchasing the physical AO Peptides should understand that the product itself is different from the informational frequencies available within AO Scan.
That is why, for many people reading this article, the first commercial decision is actually not:
“Should I buy peptides?”
It may be:
“Should I have AO Scan?”
If you want to explore AO Scan and its growing frequency ecosystem, you can get the AO Scan subscription here.
Where the Quantum Wellness Portal Fits
One of the reasons I wanted to write this article after listening to Dr. Darryl is that great technology becomes far more useful when education grows alongside it.
His Quantum Wellness Portal provides an independent education environment with additional frequency resources, training and tools.
Inside the peptide reference framework, Dr. Darryl frequently connects a peptide theme not only to AO Scan Vitals and Comprehensive areas, but also to potential SEFI companions and Quantum Wellness Portal companions. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
That does not mean everyone needs to send every frequency listed.
It means there is a much larger educational ecosystem available for people who want to understand how different categories of information relate.
And this is exactly the type of education we love sharing at AO Scan Global.
Technology is wonderful.
Education makes technology usable.
AO Peptides Were Only One Part of a Huge Day of Discovery
AO Peptides did not arrive alone.
Solex Day of Discovery 2026 introduced an extraordinary expansion of the AO ecosystem—including AO Peptides, AO Hydro², AO Patch, AO Light Foot, AO Blue Strips, AO Cube and significant additions inside the AO Scan software itself. Our full Day of Discovery recap covers the broader launch landscape. AO Scan Global
For those exploring the new physical tools:
AO Hydro² / Hydro 2 brings the hydrogen-water conversation into the Solex ecosystem.
AO Light Foot adds a targeted light-based wellness device.
AO Blue Strips offer another format within the expanding AO Blue family.
And the AO Patch becomes especially relevant in this peptide conversation because of its topical reservoir and frequency-imprinting possibilities.
For AO Peptides specifically, our earlier article explains the basic 10 physical topical products versus 58 informational frequency programs distinction in more detail. AO Scan Global
What I love about all of this is that we are no longer talking about isolated products.
We are watching an ecosystem expand.
So, Which AO Peptide Should You Choose?
There is no responsible one-size-fits-all answer.
And that may be the most important takeaway from this entire article.
Do not choose an AO peptide frequency because it is famous.
Do not assume a scanner result is a diagnosis.
Do not assume one stressed marker means you have a disease.
Do not assume a frequency representation delivers the biochemical peptide.
Instead, start with your actual goal.
Look at the broader pattern.
Look for repetition over time.
Consider the Vitals category.
Look at relevant Comprehensive areas.
Then use resources like Dr. Darryl’s manual to narrow the field.
His own quick-start framework is beautifully simple: begin with the person, identify the scan pattern, choose an appropriate peptide to explore, and then support that pattern using Scan & Optimize and relevant companion frequencies. AO_Peptide_Reference_Manual_Dar…
That is a much smarter question than:
“What peptide is everybody taking?”
Frequently Asked Questions About AO Peptides and AO Scan

If you are still deciding whether AO Scan is right for you, you can also request a free AO Scan demonstration.
The Bigger Peptide Conversation Has Only Just Begun
What excites me most about the launch of AO Peptides is not simply that we have another collection of products.
It is that Solex continues building new layers into the AO Scan ecosystem while educators such as Dr. Darryl Roberts, ND are simultaneously helping people understand how to use those tools more intelligently.
There are now physical topical AO Peptides.
There are dozens of peptide-frequency representations inside AO Scan.
There are tools like AO Patch that may connect topical and frequency-oriented workflows.
And there are educational resources that can help us stop staring at a giant list of peptide names and start asking smarter questions.
That is the part I love.
At AO Scan Global, our goal has never been simply to say, “Here is another product.”
We want to know what it is.
We want to understand how it fits.
We want to attend the trainings.
We want to experiment responsibly within the intended use of the technology.
We want to keep asking questions.
And then we want to bring that information back to our global community in a way that people can actually understand and use.
If you already have AO Scan, I encourage you to explore the new peptide section and continue your education.
If you are interested in the physical collection, explore the AO Peptides Starter Kit.
And if you do not yet have AO Scan but all of this has you thinking, Okay, now I understand why people are so excited about this technology, you can start your AO Scan subscription here.
The technology keeps growing.
So should our understanding of it.
Stop Guessing. Start Scanning.
Scan and Know.
Be Well & Do Good Things.
