What did Loran Swensen reveal on the AO Scan podcast?

In this AO Scan podcast recap, Loran Swensen discusses emotional patterns, Inner Voice, SEFI and the growing frequency database, while Jennifer Nelson-Hawks explains AO Scan hormone patterns and supportive wellness uses.
AO Scan podcast with Loran Swensen discussing emotions, Inner Voice, SEFI, hormones and the frequency database

Every Solex Weekly Call gives us something worth taking away.

But every once in a while, someone asks a question that takes the conversation somewhere much deeper than I expected.

That happened this week.

The Solex team turned part of the call over to the Solex Podcast crew, who began pulling community questions for Solex founder and AO Scan creator Loran Swensen and Jennifer Nelson-Hawks.

One of the first questions stopped me.

After years of working with AO Scan and looking at an enormous number of scans, what recurring patterns had Loran noticed?

More specifically:

What had AO Scan taught him about health, resilience and the human body that he may not have fully appreciated before?

I expected mitochondria.

Maybe nutrition.

Maybe frequencies themselves.

Maybe one of the physical systems.

That was not his answer.

His answer was:

Emotions.

And from there, this became one of the most interesting AO Scan conversations we have had in a while.

We went from emotions and AO Scan Inner Voice to SEFI and homeopathic frequencies, the origins and evolution of the AO Scan frequency database, how to properly think about the AO Scan hormone section, and even an important conversation about supportive wellness tools for people living with ADHD or AuDHD.

There were some pretty big Solex announcements too.

But first, I want to start where Loran started.

Because I think this was the heart of the call.

After Years of AO Scan, Loran Says Emotions Changed the Way He Looks at Wellness

Loran was asked what he had repeatedly observed after years of looking at AO Scan patterns.

His response was immediate.

He said that people can change their diets.

They can take supplements.

They can use different therapies.

They can work on the physical body from multiple directions.

But in his experience, when there is a major unresolved emotional issue underneath everything else, the emotional piece can become extremely important.

He summarized his view very simply:

“You’ve got to deal with the emotions first.”

That is a powerful statement.

It is also one we need to understand correctly.

Loran was describing what he believes he has observed through years of working with AO Scan and repeated frequency-wellness patterns.

He was not presenting a medical finding that every illness is caused by emotions.

Those are very different statements.

And I think we can have a much smarter conversation when we keep that distinction intact.

Stress, Emotions and the Physical Body Are Not Separate Worlds

We already know from conventional physiology that chronic stress is not something that exists only “in your head.”

The stress response involves the nervous system, endocrine system and multiple physiological processes throughout the body.

Sleep can change.

Appetite can change.

Digestion can change.

Heart rate and blood pressure can change.

Concentration can change.

Energy can change.

Our bodies respond to what is happening around us and within us.

That does not mean emotions explain every disease.

It does mean emotional health deserves a seat at the wellness table.

And that is really where I think Loran’s observation becomes interesting.

His point was not that physical wellness suddenly doesn’t matter.

His point was that over years of looking at patterns, the emotional component became much harder for him to ignore.

Why AO Scan Inner Voice Became So Important to Loran

Loran specifically brought up Inner Voice.

If you are new to the technology, AO Scan Inner Voice is one of the most fascinating pieces of the AO Scan platform.

Inner Voice uses a brief voice recording as part of an educational frequency-wellness process designed to explore emotional-frequency patterns and generate personalized balancing audio.

It is not psychotherapy.

It is not a psychiatric evaluation.

It does not diagnose depression, anxiety, trauma or any other mental-health condition.

It gives you another form of information to explore.

And I think that distinction matters.

Loran explained that, over the years, he had seen situations where physical-frequency patterns appeared relatively unchanged through repeated scans.

Then, in his experience, when an emotional issue was addressed, he sometimes saw the broader patterns begin changing too.

He described it almost as though a floodgate had opened.

That observation changed the way he thought about the role of Inner Voice within AO Scan.

Instead of seeing emotional wellness as an interesting side feature, he began viewing it as an important part of the larger picture.

If you already use AO Scan, this probably makes sense.

Because Inner Voice is one of those tools that can look deceptively simple from the outside.

You speak.

The technology analyzes frequency information associated with the recording.

You receive information to explore.

Then you can listen to personalized balancing audio.

Simple on the surface.

But the questions it can provoke are not always simple.

What keeps showing up?

What am I carrying?

What is stressing me?

What happened before this pattern changed?

What happens when I change my routine?

What happens when I actually deal with something I have been avoiding?

Those are useful questions.

Emotional Wellness Should Never Become Blame

There is another side to this conversation that I think is extremely important.

If someone is sick, injured or dealing with a serious health problem, telling that person to simply “fix their emotions” can become irresponsible very quickly.

Bodies are complicated.

Genetics matter.

Infections matter.

Nutrition matters.

Environmental exposures matter.

Sleep matters.

Medications matter.

Hormones matter.

Injuries matter.

Age matters.

Disease processes matter.

Emotional stress matters.

Trauma matters.

And appropriate medical evaluation matters.

So when I hear Loran talk about the emotional patterns he has observed, I do not hear:

“Every health problem is an emotional problem.”

I hear:

Do not forget the emotional person who lives inside the physical body.

That is a much more useful conversation.

AO Scan is an educational frequency-wellness technology.

Use the information to become curious.

Use it to notice patterns.

Use it to ask better questions.

Never use it to blame somebody for being unwell.

The Next Question: How Does SEFI Handle Homeopathic Potency?

Then the conversation took a completely different turn.

A community member who had used traditional homeopathy for years asked an excellent question about SEFI.

If homeopathic remedies exist in different traditional potencies, how does AO Scan know which potency to use?

And could frequency-based use create the same concerns someone might consider when working with physical homeopathic remedies?

This gave Loran an opportunity to explain more about what AO Scan is actually doing inside that part of the system.

How Loran Described SEFI and Homeopathic Frequency Selection

According to Loran’s explanation, AO Scan first evaluates the informational frequency pattern being scanned.

The software is looking for the patterns it identifies within its framework as frequency disruptions or anomalies.

When the homeopathic database is incorporated into that process, the system can compare the pattern with homeopathic frequency information contained within the AO Scan database.

The important part of his answer was this:

The user does not have to manually guess which potency to choose.

Loran explained that the database contains the different frequency information and the software selects the frequency and potency information it identifies as resonating with the pattern being evaluated.

One of the podcast hosts described it as almost like a conversation:

Frequency communicating with frequency.

I actually think that is a helpful way to understand the concept.

The scan observes a pattern.

The database searches its available information.

The software identifies the frequency information it considers the closest match.

For people who want to understand SEFI much more deeply, I already have a complete guide here:

AO Scan SEFI Comprehensive Guide

That article goes much further into what SEFI is, how it is used and the different ways AO Scan users work with frequency playlists and informational frequencies.

SEFI Frequency Information Is Not the Same Thing as Taking a Physical Homeopathic Remedy

This distinction is important.

When Loran discussed homeopathy inside SEFI, he was discussing frequency information within the AO Scan ecosystem.

That is not the same thing as physically taking a homeopathic preparation.

And neither one should be casually presented as a substitute for appropriate medical care.

Homeopathy itself remains an area where conventional scientific organizations and homeopathic practitioners have very different interpretations of the evidence.

That is okay to acknowledge.

We do not have to pretend that disagreement does not exist.

For me, the cleaner way to talk about AO Scan is to say exactly what it is doing:

AO Scan is presenting educational frequency information.

SEFI gives users ways to work with frequency playlists and frequency information contained within the system.

It is not prescribing a drug.

It is not diagnosing an illness.

And it is not replacing the medical decisions that belong between someone and an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Responsible language does not make AO Scan less interesting.

It actually makes the conversation better.

Where Did the AO Scan Frequency Database Come From?

Then Jesse Morrison asked what may have been my favorite technical question of the entire call:

Where did this enormous AO Scan frequency database originally come from?

What was it created for?

Was it originally research?

Medicine?

Something else?

And how were the optimal frequencies determined?

Now we were getting into history.

Loran’s Account of the Early Frequency Database

Loran explained that the database he eventually encountered had earlier roots connected, according to his account, with work associated with the Russian space program in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

His explanation was that cosmonauts presented an unusual problem.

When someone is living and working in space, access to conventional healthcare is obviously not the same as it is on Earth.

You cannot simply leave the space station because somebody doesn’t feel well.

Loran described the earlier system as being developed around the concept of monitoring physiological information and working with frequency information remotely.

When he encountered the database years later, he said it contained approximately 9,000 data points.

And those data were not limited to broad categories such as “heart” or “kidney.”

He described information extending into categories involving:

DNA.

RNA.

Mitochondria.

Cells.

Organs.

Larger body systems.

For someone interested in the history of bioenergetic and frequency wellness technology, that is a fascinating story.

But I also want to be precise about what we know.

What We Know — and What Comes From Loran’s Account

There are two different things here.

One is the documented history of AO Scan itself.

The other is the deeper lineage of the original database Loran described.

Solex’s published company history describes Loran encountering an earlier digital body-scanning technology during a trade show in China in 2008, acquiring rights connected with the technology, and then continuing to develop the system that ultimately became AO Scan.

Loran has also told the Russian-space-program database story publicly.

However, I have not found enough independent primary-source documentation to present every detail of that earlier database lineage as independently established historical fact.

Loran himself acknowledged something important during this week’s conversation:

He did not know how every one of those original data points had initially been developed.

That honesty matters.

So the accurate way to tell this story is:

This is Loran Swensen’s account of the database history as he understands it.

That is still worth hearing.

In fact, I think being clear about what is documented and what is being relayed from someone’s firsthand account makes the story more credible.

From Roughly 9,000 Data Points to More Than 175,000

Then came another number that got my attention.

Loran said that when he first encountered the database it contained approximately 9,000 data points.

Today, according to his comments on the call, the AO Scan database contains a little over 175,000 data points and continues to expand.

That means the story of AO Scan is not simply about acquiring an existing database and leaving it untouched.

Loran described years of continued expansion.

New frequencies.

Additional information.

More data points.

More ways of organizing and applying the frequency library.

And he made a statement that longtime AO Scan users have heard before:

AO Scan will never really be finished.

That is one of the things I personally appreciate about the platform.

The AO Scan I began using years ago is not identical to the AO Scan people are opening today.

The technology continues to evolve.

The software continues to evolve.

The databases continue to evolve.

The educational tools continue to evolve.

And the ways we learn to use the information continue to evolve too.

For someone just beginning to understand what all of that means, my broader AO Scan Technology Overview is a good next stop.

If you are trying to understand the actual platform, access, modules and subscription structure, you can also read the AO Scan Subscription Complete Guide.

But the database discussion on this week’s call gave us something those evergreen guides cannot:

Loran explaining, in his own words, how he thinks about where the technology came from and why he believes it will continue growing.

What Does the AO Scan Hormone Section Actually Mean?

The conversation then moved to Jennifer Nelson-Hawks, and this may have been one of the most useful practical explanations of the entire call.

A community member asked about the Hormone section inside AO Scan.

She had heard the recommendation to scan three times a day and was trying to understand what the numbers actually mean.

Specifically:

What does it mean when a hormone comes up outside the expected range?

Does a low-looking estrogen number mean your estrogen is clinically low?

Does a high-looking cortisol number mean your cortisol is medically high?

Jennifer’s answer was important.

No.

The AO Scan hormone section is not measuring the concentration of a physical hormone in your bloodstream.

It is looking at informational frequency patterns.

That is a completely different type of information.

AO Scan Hormones Are Not Blood, Urine or Saliva Testing

Jennifer was very clear about this.

When AO Scan displays information associated with estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, testosterone, thyroid hormones or other entries in the hormone section, it should not be interpreted as a laboratory hormone measurement.

A blood test measures something physical.

Urine testing measures something physical.

Certain saliva tests measure something physical.

AO Scan is approaching the subject from a frequency-wellness perspective.

So if estrogen appears outside a particular energetic range in AO Scan, that does not automatically mean:

“My estrogen is low.”

It means the system is displaying an informational frequency pattern associated with estrogen that may be worth observing.

That distinction is huge.

And frankly, it is exactly how I think AO Scan should be used.

Not as:

“The scan told me what is medically wrong with me.”

But as:

“Interesting. Why might this keep showing up?”

Then you decide whether another source of information makes sense.

Maybe that is another AO Scan.

Maybe it is looking at sleep.

Maybe it is nutrition.

Maybe it is stress.

Maybe you ask your doctor.

Maybe appropriate conventional laboratory testing is warranted.

AO Scan gives you another piece of information.

It does not replace the other pieces.

Why Jennifer Recommends Looking at Hormone Patterns Over Time

Hormones fluctuate.

That was the next major point Jennifer made.

A single snapshot may not tell you very much.

That is why she described a much more useful way to work with the AO Scan hormone section:

Scan three times a day.

Morning.

Afternoon.

Evening.

Then repeat that for three days.

Now instead of judging one isolated number, you have a pattern.

That is what Jennifer wants users to look for.

What keeps appearing?

Does something repeatedly move in the same direction?

Does the pattern look different in the morning than it does at night?

Does one particular informational hormone entry continue appearing outside the broader range?

This is where technology becomes much more useful.

Patterns tell a better story than one isolated scan.

If you want to go deeper into this section of AO Scan, I have already written a full guide to the AO Scan Energetic Hormone Panel.

That article belongs beside this one because it explains the hormone module itself in much more detail, while this recap gives us Jennifer’s direct explanation of how she personally recommends thinking about the information.

What Does +40 or -40 Mean in the AO Scan Hormone Section?

The caller also asked about the commonly discussed +40 and -40 range.

Jennifer explained that normal energetic variation exists.

In other words, the goal is not to stare at the screen expecting every hormone value to sit at zero.

A small movement in one direction or another does not automatically mean something is “wrong.”

What she suggested paying more attention to are values repeatedly moving beyond approximately +40 or -40 within the AO Scan framework.

Even then, that does not turn the result into a diagnosis.

It gives you something to watch.

And if that same pattern keeps appearing?

That might be a reason to ask another question.

That is where I think AO Scan becomes incredibly useful for someone who approaches wellness intelligently.

You don’t panic over one result.

You look.

You watch.

You compare.

You investigate when appropriate.

Scan and Know doesn’t mean Scan and Assume.

I may have to put that on a shirt.

The Next Question: Can Solex Tools Support Someone With ADHD or AuDHD?

Then came a question about ADHD and AuDHD.

Jennifer immediately made the distinction I wanted to hear.

AO Scan does not diagnose ADHD.

It does not remove an ADHD diagnosis.

And she was not suggesting that frequency technology should replace professional ADHD care.

Instead, she reframed the question around support.

That changes the conversation.

Someone with ADHD may deal with things such as difficulty focusing, sensory overload, task switching, feeling overstimulated or difficulty winding down.

Those are areas where Jennifer said she thinks about wellness tools differently.

Not:

“How do I cure ADHD?”

But:

“What can I do to support this person’s nervous system and their overall wellness routine?”

That is a much more responsible question.

Inner Voice as Part of a Calming Routine

Jennifer specifically mentioned Inner Voice again.

And that brought the conversation full circle.

Earlier, Loran had talked about the importance he places on emotional patterns.

Now Jennifer was talking about using Inner Voice as part of a calming or grounding routine.

She described her experience using it with her niece, who has ADD, particularly around moments of overstimulation.

That is Jennifer’s personal experience.

It is not evidence that Inner Voice treats ADHD.

But it illustrates something I think is valuable about AO Scan.

You can use the technology without pretending it has to replace something else.

You can create a calming routine.

You can explore emotional patterns.

You can listen to personalized balancing audio.

You can pay attention to what helps you slow down.

That is wellness support.

SEFI Playlists and Personalized Frequency Routines

Jennifer also mentioned creating SEFI playlists around things such as calming and grounding.

That is one of the areas where AO Scan becomes very personal.

Different people may build very different frequency-wellness routines.

Someone might use:

Inner Voice.

A personalized SEFI playlist.

AO MindSync.

Breathing.

Music.

Prayer.

Meditation.

Movement.

Quiet.

Time outside.

Better sleep habits.

A sensory break.

Again:

Different tools. Different information. Different people.

The frequency tool does not need to replace the rest of your life.

It should fit into it.

If you are unfamiliar with SEFI and how frequency playlists work within AO Scan, the AO Scan SEFI Comprehensive Guide is the deeper resource I would read next.

This Whole Call Came Back to One Word: Patterns

When I stepped back from the entire conversation, that was my biggest takeaway.

Patterns.

Loran talked about emotional patterns.

He talked about patterns he says he had observed across repeated AO Scans.

SEFI looks at informational frequency patterns and searches the database for frequency information.

Jennifer talked about hormone patterns.

She specifically encouraged people not to overreact to one isolated scan.

Even the ADHD conversation came back to noticing patterns of stimulation, regulation and what seems to support an individual.

That is how I think wellness data becomes useful.

Not when we become obsessed with one number.

When we start seeing relationships.

I Am a Biohacker. Give Me More Information, Not Less.

This is probably where my own personality comes into all of this.

I am a biohacker.

I like information.

Give me my conventional labs.

Give me imaging when it is appropriate.

Give me sleep data.

Give me my wearable.

Give me nutrition information.

Give me heart rate.

Give me oxygen saturation.

Give me my medical records.

And yes:

Give me my frequency-wellness information too.

Why do we keep acting like one source of information has to invalidate another?

It doesn’t.

A wearable and a blood test are not doing the same job.

Neither is an AO Scan.

I don’t expect one tool to answer every question.

I want different tools answering different questions.

Then I want to look at the whole picture.

That is what makes this interesting.

And Yes, There Were Some Big Solex Announcements

Now that we’ve covered the deep stuff, let’s talk about what happened at the beginning of the Weekly Call.

Because there was plenty happening there too.

These announcements were made on the August 19, 2026 Solex Weekly Call, so remember that promotions and qualifications are time-sensitive.

Always verify current terms through Solex before relying on an older recap.

The Upcoming Solex Event Is Sold Out

First:

Sold out.

Completely sold out.

The team announced that the upcoming Solex event had reached capacity.

They were understandably excited about that.

But there may still be a small opportunity for people who missed tickets.

The team said Solex Customer Support is maintaining a wait list.

If someone who purchased a ticket can no longer attend, Customer Support may potentially help connect the available ticket with someone waiting.

They also said they had contacted the convention center to see whether seating could be rearranged enough to open additional spots.

The team specifically wants to preserve the classroom-style tables and chairs that attendees enjoyed previously.

So:

Sold out for now.

But if you really want to go, getting on the official wait list may be worth doing.

Blue + Gold BOGO Through the Rest of August

Solex also announced a Blue + Gold BOGO for the remainder of August.

The promotion described on the call was:

Buy Blue. Get Gold free.

The stated limit on the call was three.

The hosts discussed Blue and Gold as two products they particularly like together within the broader Solex wellness approach.

As always, verify the current offer and exact terms before ordering, since promotions can change or expire.

You can check current products through:

https://shop.solexnation.com/energy1

August Enrollment Bonus: Methylated Prime

Another August promotion discussed on the call applies to new qualifying enrollments.

According to the Weekly Call, someone who joins Solex during August with the qualifying bundle and subscription can receive a bottle of Methylated Prime.

Again, promotional qualification rules matter.

So if you are enrolling someone—or you are considering joining—confirm the current offer during the enrollment process.

Q3 Solex Enrollment Incentive

Then came the Q3 incentive.

The qualification period described on the call runs from:

July 1 through September 30, 2026.

For three qualifying enrollments, the call announced:

$200 in Solex product credit.

For six or more qualifying enrollments, the announced incentive was:

**$200 product credit
+ $200 cash bonus

  • one point toward the 2028 incentive trip**

The team explained that the enrollments must include the qualifying bundle and a successfully transacting subscription.

They also noted that the product credit has exclusions, including the AO Scan subscription and Solex University.

Definitely verify the complete official rules if you are working toward the incentive.

But if you are already sharing Solex with people?

Pay attention.

August Is Also Important for the Jamaica Incentive Trip

The call also reminded everyone that August is the final qualification month discussed for the Jamaica incentive trip.

What made the current Q3 incentive particularly interesting is that the same qualifying activity may also contribute toward future incentive-trip qualification under the rules described on the call.

The hosts jokingly referred to it as essentially being able to “double dip.”

Their simplified advice?

Get six or more qualifying enrollments and maximize the available incentives.

Again, use the official Solex compensation/incentive materials for final qualification rules.

Congratulations to This Week’s Top Enrollers

The call also recognized the top enrollers for the week of August 10 through August 16, 2026.

There was a tie for second place:

Webby O

and

Ken K

And first place went to:

Alexia S

Congratulations!

Alexia earned a six-pack of AO Scan Sample Passes.

I always love this part of the call because growing a business can sometimes feel like you’re sitting alone behind your computer doing a thousand tiny things nobody sees.

Then someone’s name gets called.

And everyone gets to celebrate with them.

What Sparked Your Interest in Holistic Wellness?

Last week’s contest asked a question I loved:

What sparked your interest in holistic wellness?

The three winning answers were completely different.

One person’s journey began after facing a serious medical decision and searching for another path.

Another had been exploring holistic approaches for decades because she wanted to take a more preventative approach with her children.

And Paige Haines in Australia described an experience with frequency work that ultimately sent her life in an entirely new professional direction.

She had been an engineer.

Then something happened that made her curious.

She learned.

She followed that curiosity.

And she never looked back.

That right there is probably a pretty accurate description of half the people I know in this community.

We didn’t all start in the same place.

We simply kept asking questions.

This Week’s Contest Question

This week’s Solex question is:

“What has been the biggest personal growth lesson on your journey so far?”

Three winners will be selected on the following Weekly Call.

The prize announced this week is Biome.

If you participate through the Solex YouTube channel, make sure you follow the official contest instructions provided with the call.

Frequently Asked Questions From This Solex Podcast Q&A

What did Loran Swensen say AO Scan has taught him?

Loran said one of the biggest observations he has taken from years of working with AO Scan is the importance of emotional patterns.

In his experience, he sometimes observed physical-frequency patterns begin changing after people addressed emotional issues that had remained unresolved.

That is Loran’s observation from using AO Scan. It is not a medical finding that emotions cause every illness.

What is AO Scan Inner Voice?

AO Scan Inner Voice is an educational frequency-wellness tool that uses a short voice recording to explore emotional-frequency patterns and create personalized balancing audio.

It is not psychotherapy, psychological testing or a medical diagnosis.

You can learn more in my complete AO Scan Inner Voice guide.

How does AO Scan SEFI select homeopathic frequencies?

Loran explained that AO Scan evaluates the informational frequency pattern being scanned and compares that information with frequencies contained within its database.

Within the homeopathic portion of SEFI, he said the software can identify both the homeopathic frequency and potency information it determines to be the closest resonance for the pattern being evaluated.

This is frequency information within the AO Scan platform and should not be confused with prescribing or physically taking a homeopathic product.

Does AO Scan determine homeopathic potency?

According to Loran’s explanation during the call, the AO Scan database contains frequency information corresponding with different homeopathic potencies and the software selects the information it identifies as resonating with the frequency pattern.

The user therefore does not have to manually choose among multiple potencies within that AO Scan process.

Where did the AO Scan frequency database come from?

Loran described the earlier database he encountered as having roots, according to his understanding, in work associated with the Russian space program.

He said that the database contained approximately 9,000 data points when he encountered it and that the AO Scan database has since expanded to more than 175,000 data points.

Solex’s own company history documents Loran’s encounter with earlier digital body-scanning technology in China in 2008 and the subsequent development of AO Scan.

The more specific Russian-space-program lineage comes from Loran’s own account and should be understood as such.

How many data points are in AO Scan?

During this call, Loran said the database now contains a little over 175,000 data points and continues to grow.

Because the platform continues evolving, current specifications should always be confirmed through current Solex information.

Does the AO Scan hormone section measure actual hormone levels?

No.

Jennifer Nelson-Hawks explained that the AO Scan hormone section presents informational frequency patterns.

It is not the same as measuring hormone concentrations through laboratory blood, urine or saliva testing.

What does +40 or -40 mean on an AO Scan hormone scan?

Jennifer explained that some fluctuation is expected.

Within the AO Scan framework, readings repeatedly extending beyond approximately +40 or -40 may be worth watching more closely.

That does not make the reading a medical diagnosis.

A persistent pattern may simply give someone a reason to ask additional questions or consider appropriate conventional evaluation.

How often should I run the AO Scan hormone section?

Jennifer suggested looking at patterns by scanning:

Morning
Afternoon
Evening

for approximately three days.

The purpose is to observe a pattern over time rather than assigning too much meaning to one isolated scan.

Can AO Scan diagnose ADHD or AuDHD?

No.

AO Scan does not diagnose ADHD or AuDHD and is not a replacement for professional evaluation or evidence-based care.

Jennifer discussed tools such as Inner Voice and personalized SEFI playlists as optional supportive wellness practices around areas such as calming, grounding and overstimulation.

Is AO Scan a medical diagnostic tool?

No.

AO Scan is an educational, non-diagnostic frequency-wellness technology.

It does not replace laboratory testing, medical imaging, diagnosis, treatment or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Haven’t Experienced AO Scan Yet?

If you’ve read this far and still have never experienced AO Scan personally, this is where I tell you the same thing I tell practically everyone:

Don’t try to understand AO Scan entirely by looking at somebody else’s report.

Experience your own.

A report belonging to a stranger doesn’t mean much to you.

You don’t know their history.

You don’t know how they feel.

You don’t know what they were thinking about.

You don’t know what they ate.

You don’t know what they have been through.

You have nothing meaningful to compare it with.

Your own information is different.

My Final Takeaway

This call started with a simple question:

What has Loran learned after years of working with AO Scan?

And somehow that question took us through:

Emotions.

Inner Voice.

Stress.

SEFI.

Homeopathic frequencies.

Potency.

Space-program history.

A database that Loran says has grown from roughly 9,000 points to more than 175,000.

Hormone patterns.

ADHD.

Overstimulation.

Frequency playlists.

And what it actually means to use AO Scan responsibly.

But all of those subjects eventually came back to one idea for me:

Pay attention to patterns.

Not fear.

Not assumptions.

Not one number that sends you down a rabbit hole at 2:00 in the morning.

Patterns.

Ask questions.

Compare information.

Stay curious.

And when something deserves conventional testing or professional medical evaluation?

Do that too.

I have never believed being interested in frequency wellness means I have to become less interested in science, laboratory work, medicine, nutrition, sleep, movement or everything else available to us.

Quite the opposite.

I want more information.

I want better information.

And I want to understand what kind of information each tool is actually giving me.

That is how I use AO Scan.

Scan and Know.

But don’t forget the second half of that philosophy:

Know what you’re looking at.

Educational Disclaimer

This article is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

AO Scan is an educational, informational, non-diagnostic frequency-wellness technology. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

AO Scan information should not be interpreted as laboratory testing, medical imaging, medical diagnosis, prescription, psychological evaluation or individualized medical advice.

The AO Scan hormone section does not measure clinical hormone concentrations and should not be substituted for appropriate blood, urine, saliva or other laboratory testing when medically indicated.

References to ADHD, AuDHD, emotional patterns, Inner Voice, homeopathic frequencies, SEFI, energetic hormone patterns, frequency databases and other wellness concepts describe discussions from the referenced Solex call and the AO Scan/Solex educational framework. They should not be interpreted as claims that AO Scan diagnoses or treats those conditions.

Statements regarding the origins of the AO Scan frequency database reflect Loran Swensen’s account as presented during the referenced conversation unless otherwise stated.

Do not discontinue medications, modify prescribed treatment or delay appropriate medical evaluation based on AO Scan information.

For symptoms, medical conditions, medication decisions, laboratory interpretation or treatment, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Disclaimer

Due to a lack of scientific evidence in the sense of TRADITIONAL medicine, science and conventional medicine do not recognise the existence of energetic/information fields, their analysis and harmonization, as well as their usefulness in medicine and other areas. No disease or medical condition is meant to be treated, mitigated, diagnosed, or prevented by the AO Scan system. It is instead designed to provide the user the choice to take information from information fields into account, even in the context of a holistic view, in order to attempt and derive useful information from them if necessary. Here, neither representative data nor data with scientific validation should be taken for granted. In light of this, each user should experiment to determine whether or not the program is useful to them based on their individual experiences. The terminology used in the databases and modules are not effects statements, they have not been examined by a recognized body, and they are not a part of the MDD/conformity MDR’s assessment process. The AO Scan system should only ever be used in line with the Instruction for Use and within the bounds of one’s professional practice, license, or certification. The usage of the AO Scan system shouldn’t be viewed as a replacement for a doctor’s independent judgment, diagnosis, and therapy selection. The therapist is always in charge of providing the proper diagnosis and treatment. The goal is to give the user a tool for potential application evaluation and trial, but it cannot take the place of a doctor. Always question the data from the AO Scan system critically, and if necessary, run it through additional tests. The body’s energy field is transient and ever-changing. Solex//aoscanglobal.com/AO Scan products, programs, and information are used at the user’s own risk, discretion, and independent judgment. SolexLife/Solex/AO Scan firms expressly disclaim liability for any user choices about the use of Solex/AO Scan goods or services outside the bounds of the manual.
