AO Scan Homepage Navigation

First-Time Users Instructions for AO Scan Mobile.
  • To use the various features in AO Scan Mobile, you must first create a client profile.
  • To create a client profile, tap on the Nav Bar at the top of the screen where it says ‘Guest Client’
  • Select ‘Create New Client’ from the menu. Fill Out the Information and take a picture. After you have created a profile, you can start using AO Scan Mobiles features.

Client Menu

The Client Menu is in the center of the Nav Bar at the top of the App. You can create or edit your client profiles from here. You need at least one profile to use the AO Scan Mobile Features.

The Client Menu also contains selections for adding Supplements/Therapies, Spaces/Objects, or Pets. These are for use with the Quick Scans and SEFI Features.

App Menu

The Menu on the far right of the Nav Bar is called the App Menu and has selections for language and themes.

Alpha³ Passes can be Managed through the App Menu by tapping on ‘Alpha³ Passes’ under Management Tools. Alpha³ Passes can be purchased through the Solex Back Office.
