If you have been circling the idea of attending Day of Discovery 2026, let me lovingly say this: go. Put it on the calendar, get serious about your room, and make a plan now. Solex currently lists the live Day of Discovery 2026 event for September 18–19, 2026, at the Utah Valley Convention Center, 220 W Center St, Provo, Utah, with tickets currently listed at $180 and attendance limited to adults 18 and older.
I know some people casually refer to this weekend as the Orem event because Solex is based in Orem, Utah, but the actual live venue listed for Day of Discovery 2026 is in downtown Provo, which is only minutes away. That matters because when you are booking travel, rooms, and meetup plans, you want the exact venue right.
From my perspective, this is one of those weekends that does more than give you information. It gives you context, momentum, community, and the feeling of being in the room when something is actually unfolding. The official event page promises new product launches, hands-on AO Scan Technology trainings, business and professional development sessions, presentations from leaders in various fields, community connection, exclusive access to select and newly launched products at the Solex store, and a special in-person 20 percent discount at the store. That is a full weekend, not a throwaway seminar.
What makes Day of Discovery 2026 worth the trip?
For me, it is the combination.
*Spoiler Alert: In years past, the goodie bag was something to blog about! Woah. Solex always outdoes itself!
You get live AO Scan education, yes. You get product excitement, yes. But you also get the real-world texture that is hard to reproduce online. You hear how people are using the technology. You catch what is changing inside the company. You feel the tone of what is coming next. And if you are building a business, supporting a team, or trying to sharpen how you explain AO Scan to others, there is real value in being there live instead of hearing about it later. The official page makes that clear by emphasizing in-person launches, training, leadership-led sessions, and networking that “you cannot get online.”
There is also a practical side to this. If you have been wanting to deepen your understanding of the AO Scan Subscription and how people are actually using it in daily life, events like this tend to accelerate that learning curve. They pull together the product side, the people side, and the “how this looks in real life” side all at once. AO Scan Global’s own guide frames the subscription as an educational, non-diagnostic frequency-wellness tool used by both home users and wellness practitioners, and Day of Discovery is exactly the kind of environment where those two worlds meet.
Why I would not wait for tickets or rooms
I would not drag my feet on this one.
Why? Because there is already a strong recent pattern for demand. On AO Scan Global, last year’s August newsletter update noted that the 2025 Day of Discovery in Provo was officially sold out, and that the venue had even been doubled from the year before. That kind of turnout tells you something. People are paying attention, and this event has become a real anchor point for the community.
So while the official 2026 event page says “price increase coming soon,” the bigger message to me is simple: if you know you want to go, do not wait around hoping your ideal plan will somehow stay open. Get your ticket path sorted and lock in your stay.
You also shared current package copy for the Marriott Hotel | Two Queen Beds option reserved for attendees, with reservation dates of September 17–20, and with the hotel positioned just steps from the event. That is exactly the kind of package I personally like people to grab early, because staying right there changes the entire feel of the weekend. You are not commuting, scrambling, or burning energy on logistics. You wake up, walk over, and stay in the frequency of the event.
And for anyone wondering if the Marriott setup is actually close, nearby hotel listings place the Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center only a short walk from the Utah Valley Convention Center, which lines up well with the “right across the street” convenience you pasted in.
What can you expect to experience there?
Expect a packed, two-day atmosphere with a lot of movement and overlap among education, discovery, and connection.
Solex’s official event page highlights these core pieces:
-
new product launches
-
AO Scan technology trainings
-
business and professional development sessions
-
keynote-style or inspirational presentations from industry and field leaders
-
meaningful community connection
-
access to select and newly launched items at the Solex store
-
20 percent off in person at the store
That mix matters. Some people come mostly for the trainings. Some come for the launches. Some come because they are ready to grow a business and need to be around momentum. Some come because they are finally putting faces to names and meeting the wider Solex community in person. In my experience, the magic is in the combination.
Why does this matter if you are on my AO Scan Global team, or thinking about joining it
This is where I want to be personal.
If you are already on my team, I want you there if it is at all possible. Events like this help people understand what they are part of. They also give you language, confidence, and clarity that can be hard to build from a screen alone.
If you are not on my team yet but you have been watching, reading, or trying to decide whether the AO Scan world is right for you, this is the kind of event that can make everything click. You get to see the culture, education, innovation, and the human side in one place. The official page makes it clear that this event is for Preferred Customers, QLAs, and people who are simply curious about what Solex has to offer.
That is why I keep telling people not to stand too far away from this technology for too long. Come closer. Learn it. Feel it. Ask your questions. Meet people. Let your understanding go beyond theory.

A note on the Utah Valley setting
Another reason I love this event is the setting.
The official Day of Discovery page includes a Utah Valley city guide with transportation suggestions, nearby airports, restaurant recommendations, and local attractions around Provo and the surrounding area. The Utah Valley Convention Center itself describes its downtown Provo venue as a modern event space with abundant natural light and mountain views. So even from a travel standpoint, this is not a bad place to spend a few September days.
That may sound small, but it is not. The environment around an event changes how you feel while you are there. When the venue is easy to reach, the hotel is close, and the area is pleasant, people have better conversations, more energy, and more room to actually enjoy the weekend.
My invitation
I would love to see you there.
If you are attending, reach out to me so we can try to coordinate a meetup. If you are on the fence, let’s talk that through now, before the easiest room options disappear and before ticket urgency turns into regret.
Day of Discovery has become one of those “be in the room” kinds of weekends, and the signs are there again for 2026. The official details are already live. The ticket page is up. The venue is set. The energy is building.
So yes, this is my gentle but very real nudge: do not sleep on this one.
