How I Turn My Morning Tea Into a Frequency Ritual With AO Scan

How I Turn My Morning Tea Into a Frequency Ritual With AO Scan

How do you make a frequency-charged morning tea with AO Scan?

I start with clean mineral or reverse osmosis water, stir in Solex Ionex Gold (a fulvic and humic acid trace mineral blend), and heat it. I place that hot, mineral-rich water in a glass mug on my AO Scan SEFI imprinter and run a custom playlist. Then I add an organic Earl Grey tea bag (with citrus bergamot), a vanilla allulose syrup, and a touch of organic butter powder. The result is a mineralized, bergamot-scented “frequency tea” that supports hydration, ritual, and intention. It is an educational AO Scan practice, not a medical treatment.

What is a frequency-infused morning tea, really?

Across the AO Scan community, we all use the technology a little differently. Some focus on scans and reports. Others live inside SEFI playlists and AO MindSync. Many of us do both. AO Scan itself is an educational, non-diagnostic frequency wellness tool that provides non-invasive energetic feedback, enabling users to observe patterns in their body field and make their own lifestyle decisions in partnership with their providers.

A “frequency-infused” drink is simply a normal beverage that you choose to place on your SEFI imprinter while running a playlist. One step is about ingredients and minerals. The other is about information and intention. There is emerging interest in pairing hydration with specific frequencies or sound tones, though this remains more experiential and theoretical than conventionally proven science.

So please hold this entire article in that educational space, not as medical advice or disease treatment. This is just one of the many ways I use the AO Scan frequency technology as an Independent Quantum Living Advocate.

What went into my AO Scan morning tea today?

Here is the exact stack I used in the video you are putting into this blog. WATCH ME on our AO Scan Global YouTube Channel.

1. Organic Earl Grey (with citrus bergamot)

The tea itself is a good organic Earl Grey. What makes Earl Grey unique is the addition of citrus bergamot oil, from Citrus bergamia, a Mediterranean citrus fruit rich in flavonoids. PMC+1

Clinical studies on standardized bergamot extracts (much more concentrated than what you get in a simple cup of tea) have shown meaningful reductions in:

  • Total cholesterol

  • LDL (“bad”) cholesterol

  • Triglycerides

A 2020 systematic review of 12 studies reported that in 75% of trials, bergamot significantly decreased total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol, with some trials also showing increases in HDL (“good”) cholesterol. PubMed More recent trials of bergamot phytocomplexes and extracts continue to show improvements in lipid profiles and related cardiometabolic markers. MDPI+1

Your morning Earl Grey is not the same as a high-dose, standardized bergamot supplement. But I like knowing that the aromatic citrus notes in my mug come from a plant that has serious lipid research behind it. To me, it is a gentle, enjoyable way to bring bergamot’s polyphenols and fragrance into my routine while I let AO Scan do its energetic work.

2. Solex Ionex Gold for fulvic/humic mineral support

Now for the first step of my actual ritual. I begin with clean water: either high-quality mineral water or reverse osmosis water. Into that water, I add Solex Ionex Gold, a fulvic and humic acid trace mineral blend Solex formulated from ancient plant-rich deposits. PMC

On the AO Scan Global blog we have already talked about why I love this category:

  • Fulvic and humic complexes can act as carriers for trace minerals and bioactive compounds, supporting absorption and transport. PMC+1

  • Solex formulated Ionex Gold to mix easily into water, coffee, tea, and other drinks, which makes it simple to turn a basic beverage into a mineral-support ritual. PMC

You can learn more here first, then shop through my replicated store if it resonates:

Once the Ionex Gold is in, I heat that water so it is piping hot and ready for both imprinting and steeping.

3. Vanilla bean syrup made with allulose

Instead of dumping sugar into my system first thing in the morning, I use a premium vanilla bean syrup sweetened with allulose.

Allulose is a low-calorie sweetener that tastes and behaves a lot like sugar but has minimal impact on blood sugar and insulin in most people, according to early human studies and regulatory reviews. bergamonte.net+1 It is still wise to treat any sweetener with respect, but for many people, this can be a gentler choice than high-fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.

4. A touch of organic butter powder

Next, I add organic butter powder. For some, that little bit of fat:

  • Helps with satiety

  • Gives the tea a creamy “London Fog” style feel

  • Adds a comforting richness without a full, heavy breakfast

Organic butter provides fat-soluble vitamins like A and small amounts of D and K2, along with short-chain and odd-chain fatty acids that may behave differently in the body than industrial seed oils. PMC+1 Large cohort and review papers on dairy suggest that, in the context of an overall healthy diet, dairy fats often have a neutral or even slightly protective relationship with cardiovascular risk compared to what was assumed in older guidelines. PMC+2ScienceDirect+2

That does not mean “drink butter tea all day” or that butter is a medicine. It means that a small amount of high-quality organic butter in a thoughtful ritual like this can fit into many people’s patterns without being the villain we once thought it was. Your body, history, and lab work still matter, so always defer to your practitioner.

Sometimes I use regular organic butter instead of powder, but the powdered version is easy to store in the pantry and quick to blend in.Sole

5. AO Scan SEFI frequency imprinting into a glass mug

Here is where AO Scan comes in.

I pour that hot Solex Ionex Gold–infused water into a clear glass mug (I prefer glass because it is inert, easy to clean, and lets me see the color and clarity of what I am drinking).

Step-by-step, it looks like this:

  1. Start with clean mineral or reverse osmosis water.

  2. Heat the water so it is piping hot.
  3. Stir in Solex Ionex Gold (fulvic/humic trace mineral blend).

  4. Be sure to have the hot mineral water in a clear glass mug.

  5. Place the glass mug on the AO Scan SEFI imprinter and run the custom playlist of your choice.

  6. After that first imprint, add your organic Earl Grey tea bag and let it steep.

  7. Stir in your allulose-based vanilla syrup and organic butter or butter powder.

  8. Optionally, you can place the mug back on the SEFI imprinter for a second imprint, or simply enjoy the drink as your ritual is complete.

On AO Scan, SEFI (Subtle Energetic Frequency Imprinter) can broadcast playlists or imprint frequencies into physical items like SEFIdots, gemstone bracelets, negative ion patches, and mineral water enhanced with Solex products. Many users extend that same idea to glass mugs, glass bottles, gemstones, and other non-metal containers.

The key is that the AO Scan SEFI feature is working at the level of subtle energetic information, not chemistry. Traditional science is only beginning to explore these concepts. So I treat this as an epigenetic and energetic lifestyle choice, not as a proven therapeutic.

Is this a cure for anything? No.

Is it a way to:

  • Remineralize my system

  • Hydrate intentionally

  • Bring bergamot’s citrus goodness and polyphenols into my day

  • Layer in an AO Scan frequency experience

  • And start the morning with joy and intention

For me, absolutely.

How clinics, spas, and home users can play with AO Scan tea rituals

Whether you are running a high-volume practice or using AO Scan in your kitchen between homeschooling and workouts, you can adapt this idea.

If you are a clinic, spa, or wellness center

You might:

  • Offer a mineral-rich, caffeine-light “frequency tea” before AO Scan sessions as part of the check-in ritual, making it clear this is a hospitality gesture, not a treatment.

  • Imprint a calming SEFI playlist into a glass dispenser of herbal tea in your lounge.

  • Use the time it takes the tea to steep and imprint as your moment to explain AO Scan as an educational tool rather than a diagnostic device.

If you are a home user or biohacker

You might:

  • Choose one morning drink to pair with AO Scan SEFI imprinting.

  • Run a Body System or EZ Scan while you sip, then note any supplement patterns showing up over time.

  • Rotate through different Solex products, movement practices, or light practices based on what you observe in your scans and in your day-to-day experience.

Remember: the power is in watching patterns over time, not in chasing a single number or expecting instant miracles from any drink.

What I personally stack with AO Scan right now

Because you often ask what I actually take and use, here is the short list that most often rides alongside rituals like this tea:

  • Solex Prime methylated multivitamin, for daily methylated micronutrient support.

  • PULSE, a nanotechnology niacin flush product I love before workouts or movement.

  • Solex Blue, a nano methylene blue product I use thoughtfully for clarity and energy, within label guidance.

  • Solex Gold / Ionex Gold, which I often use to remineralize my reverse osmosis water and then charge with AO Scan SEFI frequencies.

You can explore these through AO Scan Global first, then purchase through my Solex store here:
