Scanning Grazin Supplements with the AO Scan App
If you’re searching for the AO Scan, the AO Scan app, or the AO Scan subscription, you’re in the right place. One of my favorite ways to use AO Scan as a biohacker is by scanning supplement lines into my personal supplement database, then checking what resonates with my body each morning.
I keep a pantry of roughly 120 supplements (I know, I know), and I don’t take them randomly. I compare what’s available to what my body is signaling that day, then I look for patterns over time.
This has been transformational for me because it helps cut through the noise of the supplement world without forcing me to muscle test every single item.
Why I Scan Supplements by Resonance
The supplement industry offers many options, and not all are created equal. Some formulas are beautiful on the label, but overly synthetic, underdosed, or packed with extras your body may not want.
AO Scan gives me a faster way to explore what I want to prioritize, using an energetic lens. I don’t treat it like a diagnosis. I use it as educational awareness and pattern tracking. And, …… it is not just me. Doctors and health practitioners around the world are using the AO Scan technology in the same way.
Today’s Entries into my Quick Scan Database: Grazin Health (New Zealand Sourced)
In today’s photos, I’m scanning five products from Grazin Health into my AO Scan supplement database:

-
Beef tallow softgels
-
Bovine organ complex
-
Bovine colostrum
-
Bovine liver capsules
-
Wild-caught fish eggs
Grazin’s brand messaging emphasizes New Zealand sourcing, pasture-raised and grass-fed bovine inputs, and “no fillers” simplicity across products.
Their wild fish eggs product is positioned as naturally rich in omega-3s including DHA and EPA.
The Benefits People Commonly Look For (Without the Hype)
These supplements are basically real food in capsule form. They’re used because they’re nutrient-dense and simple, not because they come with a fancy storyline. AO Scan practitioners around the world may feel strongly about other supplement lines; these are not recommended by Solex, but rather by me, as a wellness practitioner and biohacker!
Below are the most common reasons people may reach for each one, along with the nutrients you mentioned (shared here as “often associated with,” because exact amounts vary by product and serving).
1) Wild Caught Fish Eggs
Often chosen for: brain support, hormone building blocks, skin and cellular nourishment, omega-3 replenishment.
Keep in mind that I take Solex THINK daily, so my brain is already in its best behavior!
Fish eggs (roe) are naturally nutrient-dense and commonly valued for omega-3 fats like DHA and EPA.
Many people love them as a “high signal” food source because they’re rich in fat-based nutrition and phospholipids.
Nutrients commonly associated with fish eggs include:
-
Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA, EPA, ETA)
-
Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin K2
-
Choline, zinc, iodine
-
Glycosaminoglycans
2) Bovine Colostrum
Often chosen for: gut support, immune support, recovery support, foundational “reset” routines
Colostrum is a category of great interest right now. Research reviews describe bovine colostrum as containing bioactive components like immunoglobulins and growth factors, and it’s being studied for multiple potential wellness applications.
Grazin also positions their colostrum for digestion, immunity, inflammation support, and energy.
Nutrients commonly associated with colostrum include:
-
Vitamins A, B, D, E
-
Zinc, iron, calcium, copper
-
Magnesium, manganese, phosphorus
3) Bovine Liver Capsules
Often chosen for: energy support, iron and B12 support, skin and hair nourishment, “nature’s multivitamin” approach
Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods available, and it’s well known for containing vitamin A, B12, iron, and more.
Grazin’s liver page highlights B12, zinc, iron, amino acids, and selenium.
Nutrients commonly associated with beef liver include:
-
Vitamin A, Vitamin B12
-
Heme iron, CoQ10
-
Choline, folate
-
Copper, chromium, zinc
-
Hyaluronic acid
4) Bovine Organ Complex
Often chosen for: full-spectrum nutrient coverage, foundational organ support routines, “ancestral nutrition” stacks
Organ complexes are often used by people who want broader coverage than the liver alone. Grazin’s organ complex is a blend of liver, spleen, kidney, heart, and pancreas, described as grass-fed and freeze-dried.
Nutrients commonly associated with organ complexes include:
-
Vitamin A and a broad range of B vitamins
-
Iron, zinc, selenium
-
Amino acids and other organ-specific cofactors
5) Beef Tallow Softgels
Often chosen for: fat-soluble vitamin support, ancestral-style nutrition, foundational fuel, and satiety support
Grazin’s tallow is marketed as grass-fed, grass-finished, pasture-raised, and free from fillers.
People commonly associate tallow with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and compounds like CLA, though amounts vary and are typically not large compared to those in whole-food sources.
Nutrients commonly associated with beef tallow include:
-
Vitamins A, D, E, K
-
Omega-3 fatty acids (small amounts)
-
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)
My Personal Rule: Food First, Then Capsules
Here’s the part that makes this truly sustainable for me.
If beef liver supplement rises to the top in my AO Scan supplement resonance, I’ll happily take the capsules, but I also take it as a hint to go food-first. That might mean pâté a few times that week, or a couple liver-based meals that month. Remember that AO Scan is an educational tool!
*If you look closely at the AO Scan Quick Scan I did on that day, the Grazin Bovine Complex showed up. My decision was to take a couple of tablets rather than cook a multi-organ meal, which would be tedious. Organ meats are also not readily available.
Same idea with fish eggs. If they keep showing up, I’ll grab smelt roe or a little caviar. Because at the end of the day, this is simply food in supplement form.
It’s pristine and convenient, but it’s not the only path.
Why This Matters for Wellness Clinics and Supplement Brands
If you’re a practitioner, clinic owner, coach, or even a supplement brand, this is one of the coolest “bridge points” between education and action.
Because instead of guessing what’s working, you can explore resonance, observe patterns over time, and build smarter wellness routines that people actually follow.
If you want to see how I do this inside a wellness workflow, I’m happy to walk you through it.
