If you’re located outside of the USA and experiencing issues with your payment not going through at checkout, the enrollment form may be a helpful alternative. This is an occasional issue, typically not due to insufficient funds but rather due to security measures implemented by banks to flag international transactions. To ensure a smooth purchase process, I always recommend that my AO Scan prospects outside the U.S. contact their bank in advance and authorize the payment, allowing for a successful transaction without delays.

Step-by-Step Guide to Completing Your Purchase:

  1. Download the Solex Enrollment Form:

    • Access the form directly here.

  2. Fill Out the Personal Information Section:

    • Applicant Name: Enter your full legal name.
    • Company Name: If applicable, provide your business name.
    • Phone: Include a contact number with the country code.
    • Email Address: Provide a valid email for correspondence.
    • Billing Address: Your primary billing address.
    • Shipping Address: Where you want the products delivered.

  3. Specify Your Sponsor Details:

    • Sponsor ID Name and Number: If you were referred by someone, input their details. Solex Sponsor ID: 1002193.  Sponsor Name:  Paige Maurer Wheeler

  4. Create Your Account Credentials:

    • Username and Password: Choose a username and a strong password for your account. Remember that if signing up as a Quantum Living Advocate, your username will be at the end of your replicated link issued by Solex.  For example, mine is shop.solexnation.com/energy. 

  5. Provide Payment Information:

    • Credit Card Details: Enter your card number, name on the card, expiration date, CVV, and billing zip code.

  6. Select Your Initial Enrollment Order:

    • Choose the products or subscription packages you’re interested in purchasing.

  7. Set Up Monthly Subscription (Optional):

    • If you wish to have products delivered monthly, specify your preferences in this section.

  8. Sign and Date the Form:

    • Confirm all information is accurate, then sign and date the form.

  9. Submit the Completed Form:

    • Email the filled-out form to support@solexllc.com
    • You may also call Solex Support directly at 1-385-203-0033 from 9 AM to 5 PM MST Monday through Friday to sign up or ensure they received your emailed enrollment form. They are very helpful.
