Are You Going to the Solex Legacy Dinner at Day of Discovery 2026?

What is the AO Scan Legacy Dinner and how do you attend it?

The AO Scan Legacy Dinner is a private, invitation-only event held the night before Day of Discovery. Attendance requires both a valid event ticket and a Legacy Coin assigned to your account. Because seating is limited and coins are no longer available, eligible attendees must RSVP early to secure their place at this exclusive gathering.
Join AO Scan Global at the Solex Legacy Dinner

One of the most special parts of the Solex community is that some traditions cannot simply be bought at the last minute. They have a history behind them. They have meaning behind them. And for a select group of longtime AO Scan users, the annual Legacy Dinner is one of those moments.

If you are attending Day of Discovery this September, my question is simple: Are you going to the Legacy Dinner too?

This blog is not really about the full event schedule. It is about that Friday night. It is about the coin. It is about the people who were there early, stayed in the mission, kept building, kept sharing, and now carry a piece of Solex history with them.

According to the current official Solex page, Day of Discovery 2026 is scheduled for September 18–19, 2026, at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, Utah. AO Scan Global’s own recent event page aligns with the same 2026 event weekend.

What makes the Legacy Dinner so special

The Legacy Dinner is not just another meal on the calendar.

It is a smaller, more personal gathering tied to the Legacy Coin tradition inside Solex. AO Scan Global has previously described Legacy Coin holders as being invited to a special dinner on the evening before Day of Discovery begins, and older AO Scan Global Day of Discovery coverage also shows the Legacy Dinner as part of the Friday-night schedule.

That is part of what makes it memorable.

This is the kind of evening where stories are shared, relationships deepen, and people who helped build AO Scan’s early momentum get to sit in the room together. It feels different. It should feel different.

“Some of the most meaningful nights in business are not the loudest ones. They are the ones that remind you who was there, who kept going, and why the mission mattered in the first place.”

What you need in order to attend

Based on the event information shared for this year’s dinner, each attendee needs two things:

A Day of Discovery ticket.

And a Legacy Coin that is permanently assigned to their account.

Per the dinner notice, seating is limited, all attendees must RSVP by Friday, August 7, 2026, and once capacity is reached, registration will close. The same notice also says guests are not able to attend, and if a Legacy Coin has been gifted, it needs to be permanently assigned to the new owner’s account before that person reserves a seat.

So if you already have your coin, this is your nudge.

RSVP now.

Do not assume there will still be room later.

A quick note about the Legacy Coin itself

For those who know, the Legacy Coin means something.

These were not everyday giveaway trinkets. They became part of Solex history. Early on, there were silver Solex coins that could be purchased or earned, and over time they became more than a collectible. They became a marker of a certain era and a certain level of commitment.

Now they are discontinued.

That is exactly why the Legacy Dinner carries the kind of meaning it does. You cannot simply decide at the last minute to buy your way into the tradition. You either have a coin tied to your account, or you do not.

And if you do have one, you should use it.

My special announcement for the AO Scan Global team

This is the part I am especially excited to share.

I will be giving one of my numbered Legacy Coins to someone on my AO Scan Global team who will be attending Day of Discovery 2026.

That means one person who otherwise would not have Legacy Dinner access will receive the opportunity to attend that Friday-night dinner free of charge through the assigned coin.

This is not a random throwaway gift.

It is meaningful to me.

I want it to go to someone who is genuinely excited about Solex, grateful for what this community has meant over the past five years, and ready to talk about the real benefits of being part of this company, this technology, and this movement.

What you need if you want to be considered

If you would like to be considered for the coin opportunity, I am asking for a few things up front.

You need to have already purchased your Day of Discovery ticket.

You need to have your hotel booked.

And you need to be someone who is sincerely excited about what Solex Global and AO Scan have meant in your life and business over the last five years.

This is for someone who wants to be there, not someone who is vaguely interested and still deciding.

In early May, I will personally reach out to the person I choose.

Once that happens, that person would need to make sure their Legacy Dinner reservation is completed promptly, since seating is limited and the RSVP window closes on August 7, 2026 based on the event notice you shared.

Why I wanted to write this blog

I wanted to write this because I know how easy it is for these kinds of special details to get buried under the bigger excitement of Day of Discovery.

Tickets.
Travel.
Hotels.
Product launches.
Training.
Friends.
Photos.
All of it matters.

But some moments deserve their own spotlight.

The Legacy Dinner is one of them.

AO Scan Global has talked before about the Legacy Group and the special dinner tied to it, and even last year’s AO Scan Global event-prep coverage reminded eligible users to RSVP for the Legacy Dinner because linked ticket plus legacy-account qualification mattered.

So this is my reminder.

If you have a coin, use it.

If you are on my team and you want to be considered for the one I am gifting, let me know.

And if you are going to Day of Discovery 2026, do not sleep on the details that make the weekend even more meaningful.

Final thoughts

Day of Discovery is always exciting. There is training, connection, energy, new launches, and that unmistakable Solex feeling of being in the room where things are happening.

But the Legacy Dinner is something else.

It is more intimate.
More reflective.
More rooted.

And for the people who have a coin, it is one of the quiet honors of being part of this story.

If that is you, RSVP.

If you are on my AO Scan Global team and feel called to throw your name in for the Legacy Coin opportunity, I would love to hear from you.

And if you are still newer to AO Scan and wondering what all of this says about the culture here, I think it says something beautiful: some things are still earned, remembered, and honored.
