A good return policy protects everyone. It lowers confusion, sets expectations, and keeps the focus where it belongs: product integrity, training, and long-term results.
AO Scan Global follows the official Solex policies because Solex is the manufacturer and distributor. The policy language below is taken directly from Solex’s published documentation, and I’m sharing it here in plain English so you can find it quickly when you need it.

Why we still love a policy like this
As the largest AO Scan Quantum Living Advocate, I don’t see many people returning products once they’re trained and actively using the ecosystem, especially with AO Scan. But it’s important that the option exists and is written in a way that’s consistent.
It’s also one of the reasons I’m a big fan of starting with education first. A clear free demo, a clean onboarding, and support that actually answers questions will prevent most “I bought too fast” moments.
Return details (verbatim from Solex)
“As a Solex Quantum Living Advocate or Customer dissatisfied with any Solex product, you may return:
SUPPLEMENTS
• Any opened or unopened product within 30 days after the delivery date will be issued a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).
• Any opened or unopened product returned after 30 days and less than 120 days after the delivery date will be issued a 90% refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).
DEVICES
• Any opened or unopened product within 15 days after the delivery date will be issued a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).
• Any opened product returned after 15 days and less than 30 days after the delivery date will be issued a 90% refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).
• All return shipments of devices must include all components of the original packaging.

One-year warranty return policy (how “defective” devices are handled)
Solex also outlines a one-year limited warranty process for confirmed defects. The key steps are:

Get a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping (unauthorized returns are refused)

Customer pays return shipping initially

Solex QC evaluates the device for a covered defect

If confirmed, Solex refunds documented return shipping

If not defective or not covered, shipping reimbursement is not issued and the product is returned at the customer’s expense

Return items should include original packaging (if available) and all accessories/manuals
Solex also notes that returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and that commissions/bonuses, or incentives tied to the returned product may be deducted from the reimbursement.
How returns are initiated (RMA requirement)
For standard returns, Solex states that returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and returns should include the original receipt and be shipped prepaid (no collect shipments).
Subscription cancellation: no contract, and you control it
Here’s the clean distinction:
Returns and refunds apply to physical goods (and warranty conditions).
Monthly software subscriptions are non-refundable.
If someone simply needs to stop recurring subscription orders, Solex states subscription/automatic orders can be canceled at any time through online account administration in their back office or by contacting customer service.
This is why I often say: the power is in your hands. You can run it month-to-month, pause it, update billing, or cancel when you choose.
