Solex Podcast Roundup: Lars Svensson + Kai Larson on Turning Intention Into Action

Welcome back to the Solex Podcast Roundup from AO Scan Global — our companion guide to the conversations happening inside the world of Solex and AO Scan technology.

Each week, we pull out the ideas worth knowing, add the perspective that comes from years of actually using and teaching AO Scan, and answer an even more practical question:

What does this mean for the person considering AO Scan for themselves, their family, their wellness practice or their business?

This week’s conversation between Lars Svensson and Kai Larson starts with something that has almost nothing to do with buying technology:

What do you actually want?

And then it gets interesting.

The conversation moves through intention, visualization, self-talk, emotional state, consistency, action and gratitude — before eventually arriving at two AO Scan tools that can turn those ideas into something much more tangible: Inner Voice and AO MindSync.

The episode itself introduces the discussion as one about intention and the influence the speakers believe intention can have on our lives and bodies.

But for anyone researching AO Scan, the episode raises another question:

Is AO Scan Worth It If Personal Growth Is One of Your Goals?

It can be — but perhaps not for the reason a first-time shopper expects.

Most people investigating AO Scan understandably begin with the scans.

They want to know what AO Scan measures, how the frequency technology works, what the different modules are, whether they can use it at home or in a clinic, and whether a monthly subscription makes sense.

Those are all fair questions.

But one of the things long-term AO Scan users often discover is that the feature that looks most impressive on a feature list isn’t necessarily the feature they use most often.

Sometimes the value is in what becomes part of your routine.

And that idea surfaces beautifully in Lars and Kai’s conversation.

Later in the podcast, AO Scan is compared to a home gym: simply having access to the tools doesn’t accomplish much if you never use them. The speakers share the story of a subscriber who had barely been using her AO Scan and was considering letting the subscription go. She was encouraged to consistently use Inner Voice for a week before deciding. According to the story shared in the episode, that experience completely changed how she viewed the value of her subscription.

That is one of my favorite moments in this episode because it touches on something we teach constantly at AO Scan Global:

You do not need to master everything inside AO Scan on day one.

You need to learn how to use the technology in a way that actually fits your life.

First Comes State: You Can’t Intend Clearly From Chaos

One of the strongest ideas Lars and Kai develop is that intention does not begin with simply repeating something you want.

It begins with state.

Their discussion moves through negative self-talk, fear, creativity, breathing, mental rehearsal and the ability to get clear enough to decide what you actually want next.

Kai describes using a theta experience while deliberately focusing on creativity. Rather than simply hoping to “be more creative,” he worked on adding detail to the desired outcome and later described ideas beginning to flow more naturally while solving a problem.

Whether we call that intention, visualization, mental rehearsal, focus or goal-setting, there is an important distinction:

An idea is not the same thing as an intention.

The podcast repeatedly comes back to detail + repetition + action.

That distinction matters when we eventually get to AO MindSync.

Because MindSync isn’t about sitting back and waiting for something to magically happen.

It’s a tool that allows a user to intentionally create and revisit their own recorded statements and affirmations.

Inner Voice: Creating Space Before Deciding What’s Next

When the conversation turns directly to AO Scan, Lars and Kai describe Inner Voice less as a way of “fixing” someone and more as a tool they associate with emotional balance.

One of the speakers describes his personal experience with Inner Voice with a wonderfully simple word:

Peace.

He explains that when his emotions feel less pulled in one direction or another, he feels more able to choose clearly what he wants to do next.

That is a much more useful way to think about Inner Voice than treating it as another flashy feature on a software menu.

And it begins to explain why some people use Inner Voice repeatedly rather than occasionally.

Inner Voice can become the “state” part of the process.

Then comes MindSync.

Inner Voice + MindSync: Why Lars and Kai Pair Them

This is where the episode becomes especially relevant for somebody researching AO Scan.

Lars and Kai don’t discuss Inner Voice and MindSync as two random modules.

They describe them as complementary.

Inner Voice is discussed in relation to creating a more balanced emotional state.

Then MindSync enters as a way to deliberately verbalize and repeatedly hear one’s own intentions and affirmations.

Later, the speakers describe the pairing as a kind of support for people who otherwise may feel like they have to accomplish everything through sheer willpower alone.

And that gives us the core idea behind this week’s AO Scan Global companion guide:

State → Intention → Repetition → Action → Gratitude

The technology doesn’t replace the action.

It can become part of the routine that helps you remember what you’re trying to create in the first place.

Visualization Is Powerful — But It Still Has to Meet Action

One of the themes Lars Svensson and Kai Larson return to again and again is detail.

It is one thing to say, “I want more creativity,” “I want a better business,” “I want better health,” or “I want a different life.”

It is another thing to begin picturing what that actually looks like.

What are you doing?

How do you feel?

Who is there?

What happens next?

And what are you going to do when the opportunity arrives?

In the podcast, Lars and Kai use stories from sports, business and everyday life to make the point that visualization is not supposed to replace action. Their larger message is that intention becomes more useful when it is made specific, revisited consistently and eventually translated into behavior.

That distinction matters.

Because if you are using AO MindSync, the goal isn’t simply to press play on an affirmation and wait for life to rearrange itself.

The value is in deliberately deciding what you want to reinforce, hearing it consistently in your own voice and then noticing what you do next.

AO Scan Global Companion Takeaway

MindSync is not the action. It can be part of the practice that keeps the intention in front of you long enough to act on it.

That is a much more useful way to think about personalized wellness technology.

What Does the Science Actually Say About Intention and Visualization?

This is one of those places where the conversation gets fascinating—and where AO Scan Global believes it is important to separate what we know, what research suggests, and what is still being explored.

Visualization and Mental Imagery

Mental imagery is not imaginary science.

A 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis involving 86 studies and more than 3,500 athletes found that imagery practice was associated with improvements in athletic performance, although outcomes differed by type of activity and the way imagery was used. More recent 2026 research specifically examining basketball also found evidence that imagery practice may improve free-throw performance, while emphasizing that the available studies remain relatively small and heterogeneous.

So there is real research behind mental rehearsal.

What the evidence does not establish is that simply visualizing something guarantees an outcome—or that visualization universally performs better than actual physical practice.

That nuance matters.

The most interesting takeaway may be that mental rehearsal and physical action can complement one another.

Which sounds remarkably similar to the cycle Lars and Kai develop throughout this episode:

Thought → Intention → Repetition → Action.

A Breath Really Can Change Your State

The podcast also discusses a simple breathing pattern associated with Andrew Huberman’s work: a double inhale followed by a longer exhale.

There is legitimate research here.

A randomized controlled study published in Cell Reports Medicine compared several structured breathing exercises with mindfulness meditation. Participants practiced for five minutes a day over one month, and the researchers found improvements in mood and reductions in physiological arousal, with cyclic sighing performing particularly well for some outcomes.

That does not mean one breath magically changes your life.

But it does support a very practical point:

Changing your physiological state can influence how you feel—and how you approach the next thought or decision.

The podcast describes something similar: get into a better state first, then determine what you actually want.

What About “Light” From Our Cells?

This may be one of the most intriguing parts of the entire conversation.

Lars and Kai discuss cells emitting light and then explore much bigger questions about whether information, intention and cellular communication may somehow intersect.

There is an important piece of established science underneath that conversation:

Living cells really do produce ultraweak photon emissions.

A 2024 scientific review describes ultraweak photon emission—or UPE—as very-low-intensity photons generated as by-products of cellular metabolism. A 2026 review likewise describes biophotons as ultraweak light spontaneously generated by living cells, particularly in connection with oxidative metabolic processes.

Where we have to be careful is what comes next.

Current research does not establish that thoughts or intentions create a specific photon message that leaves the body and manifests an external event.

Research into possible biological signaling roles for ultraweak photon emissions is ongoing. It is a fascinating field—not a license to turn an emerging hypothesis into established fact.

And I actually think that makes the subject more interesting, not less.

There are still enormous questions about the relationship among biology, consciousness, information and light.

So, Is the $149 AO Scan Subscription Worth It for Personal Growth?

Now we get to the commercial question.

Because you may love this podcast, love the conversation about intention and think:

Okay—but is this alone enough reason to spend $149 a month on AO Scan?

The answer depends on what you are actually going to use.

Solex currently lists the AO Scan Premium Subscription at $149 per month. The subscription includes the broader AO Scan platform—not simply Inner Voice and MindSync—including Quick Scan, EZ Scan, Inner Voice, Vitals, Body Systems, Comprehensive, SEFI, MindSync, MultiScan and ongoing access to software updates and educational scans.

So I would not evaluate AO Scan by asking:

“Would I pay $149 just for an affirmation tool?”

That’s the wrong comparison.

I would ask:

“Would I consistently use several parts of this wellness platform—and would learning how to use them add enough value to my home, personal wellness routine, practice or business?”

That’s a much better buying question.

And that brings us right back to Lars and Kai’s home-gym analogy.

A spectacular home gym you never enter is expensive furniture.

A tool you use becomes something entirely different.

Inner Voice + MindSync Are Only Part of the AO Scan

If mindset and personal development are what first caught your attention, wonderful.

Start there.

But don’t confuse two features with the entire AO Scan ecosystem.

Solex currently describes Inner Voice as a feature that analyzes tonal frequencies from a voice sample and generates personalized audio tones intended to support emotional and energetic balance. MindSync allows the user to deliver affirmations in their own recorded voice with sound technology such as binaural tones for focus and intention-setting.

If you want the complete explanation rather than repeating it here, dive into our guides:

AO Scan Inner Voice for Personal Growth

AO MindSync: Your Voice, Your Power

And if you’re thinking, “Okay Paige, but how would I actually use all of this in a normal day?”, that is precisely why we created our practitioner-backed daily routine:

How to Use AO Scan Daily: Practitioner-Backed Routine

My own routine frequently includes Inner Voice followed by MindSync, but the beauty of AO Scan is that your routine does not have to look exactly like mine.

Who Might Get the Most Value From This Side of AO Scan?

If You Are… Why This Episode May Resonate Where You Might Start
Home user You want a repeatable personal wellness routine Inner Voice + MindSync
Biohacker You like combining technology, tracking and daily habits Inner Voice, MindSync, EZ Scan
Mindset or life coach Intention and self-talk already play a role in your work MindSync + educational AO Scan tools
Wellness practitioner You want another educational lens for client conversations Inner Voice + broader scan platform
Clinic or wellness center You want technology that can fit into different workflows Full AO Scan platform + training
QLA / wellness entrepreneur You want to use, understand and share the technology AO Scan + training + business education

And that’s another reason I don’t believe the best question is simply:

“What does AO Scan do?”

There are too many answers.

The better question is:

“What do I want AO Scan to do for me?”

That sounds suspiciously like intention, doesn’t it?

Why Training Matters More Than Most Buyers Realize

This is where AO Scan Global enters the story.

One thing I have learned after years of working with AO Scan users is that access and understanding are not the same thing.

You can open AO Scan for the first time and see Inner Voice, Vitals, Comprehensive, Body Systems, SEFI, MindSync, Quick Scan and more.

Wonderful.

Now what?

Which one do you use first?

What should you look at?

How do you create a MindSync?

How often do you use Inner Voice?

What does a practitioner emphasize that might be completely different from what a home user needs?

That is why our approach at AO Scan Global goes well beyond giving you a link.

As an independent AO Scan Global Team Leader and long-time trainer, my goal is to help you turn a huge technology platform into a simple, usable routine.

Our existing daily-use guide even shows my personal workflow, including Inner Voice and short customized MindSync sessions as part of a broader AO Scan routine.

Because my favorite scanner isn’t the one with the most features.

It’s the one you actually know how to use.

AO Scan Global Companion Takeaway

Technology becomes valuable when knowledge becomes action.

Which may be the single best connection between this week’s podcast and AO Scan itself.

Home, Clinic or Business? AO Scan Can Look Very Different

If you’re considering AO Scan for yourself or your family, you don’t need to use it like a practitioner.

If you’re a practitioner, you don’t need to use it like a biohacker.

And if you’re building a wellness business, you have yet another set of questions.

That flexibility is one reason AO Scan Global spends so much time on education.

For a home user, the starting routine might be simple: Inner Voice, EZ Scan and occasional MindSync.

A coach may find MindSync particularly interesting because clients can create their own personalized affirmation recordings.

A wellness practitioner may focus far more heavily on scans, patterns, client education and tracking.

A clinic may need help integrating AO Scan into an existing workflow without trying to replace conventional evaluation or move beyond the scope of the practitioner’s license.

AO Scan is specifically presented by Solex as an educational and personal-wellness technology rather than a medical diagnostic device.

That distinction stays important whether you are using it at your kitchen table or inside a wellness clinic.

And Then Comes Gratitude

Near the end of the podcast, Lars and Kai add one final piece to their cycle:

Gratitude.

Not gratitude as a cute quote on a coffee mug.

Gratitude as what comes after recognizing the opportunity, doing the work and being willing to receive something good.

They describe the progression as a kind of self-reinforcing circle:

State → intention → detail → manifestation/repetition → action → gratitude → back into a better state.

I like that.

Because regardless of where you stand on manifestation, frequency, consciousness or the bigger metaphysical questions in this episode, there is something extremely practical underneath all of it:

Know what you want.
Pay attention to how you speak to yourself.
Create practices that help you stay focused.
Recognize opportunities.
Act.
Be grateful.
Repeat.

Technology can support that.

It cannot do the living for you.

Frequently Asked Questions About AO Scan, Inner Voice + MindSync

Is AO Scan worth $149 per month?

It depends on how you plan to use it. The $149 monthly Premium Subscription currently includes access to the broader AO Scan technology platform, not only Inner Voice and MindSync. For someone who consistently uses multiple AO Scan features at home, with family or professionally, the value proposition is very different from someone who rarely opens the software.

Are Inner Voice and MindSync included with AO Scan?

Yes. Both Inner Voice and MindSync are currently listed among the programs/features included with the AO Scan Technology subscription.

What is the difference between Inner Voice and MindSync?

Very simply, Inner Voice starts with a voice sample and generates personalized frequency-based audio, while MindSync lets you create and listen to affirmations using your own recorded voice layered with sound technology. For our full explanation, see the dedicated AO Scan Global guides rather than trying to squeeze both technologies into one podcast recap.

Can I use AO Scan at home?

Yes. Solex markets AO Scan for personal wellness use as well as professional settings, and the subscription provides access through supported personal devices. AO Scan Global also has dedicated daily-routine training for home users.

Can wellness practitioners use AO Scan?

Yes, many wellness professionals incorporate AO Scan as an educational wellness technology within their professional scope. It should not be presented as a diagnostic or treatment device, and practitioners remain responsible for working within their own licenses and professional boundaries.

How often can I use AO Scan?

Solex’s current FAQ says users may use AO Scan as often as they like, while recommending that users listen to their bodies and not assume every scan needs to be performed every day.

Can I try AO Scan before I buy it?

Yes. You can request an educational demo through AO Scan Global. Solex also currently describes both QLA-facilitated demos and Sample Passes as ways prospective users may experience AO Scan before subscribing.

Where should I buy AO Scan if I want training?

If you want to work with AO Scan Global, use our replicated enrollment/product links rather than entering through an unrelated storefront. That keeps your enrollment connected with our AO Scan Global education, onboarding and training pathway.

Final Thoughts: Turn Intention Into Action

This week’s Solex Podcast began with a conversation about creativity.

It traveled through intention, visualization, self-talk, breathing, biology, opportunity, Inner Voice, MindSync and gratitude.

But underneath all of those subjects was one very simple idea:

What are you going to do with what you know?

That’s true in life.

And it is absolutely true with AO Scan.

You can own a remarkable tool and barely touch it.

Or you can learn it.

Use it.

Ask questions.

Experiment responsibly.

Create a routine.

Notice patterns.

And make the technology part of a larger commitment to knowing yourself better.

That’s what we do at AO Scan Global.

We don’t want you simply purchasing technology.

We want you scanning with confidence.

Come join us, see what we’re up to, and let us teach you, train you and show you how AO Scan can fit into your home, your wellness practice or your business.

Stop Guessing. Start Scanning.

Be well and do good things,
